Yesterday on Fox’s special Family Guy Presents Seth and Alexs Almost Live Comedy Show, Marlee Matlin proved why she is an Oscar winner. While I am not trying to take away Marlee’s amazing performance in Children of a Lesser G-d, what she did on the show yesterday was just brilliant. The way she confronts Alex Bornstein for making fun of her was just genius and seemed like it was real. It was a true Oscar worthy moment because if you didn’t know it was fake, you would think she was serious. Granted I am assuming that was fake…

So I spent Friday and Saturday with the cast of NBC’s Days of our Lives and there is so much good stuff coming up and I can’t wait to share it with y’all! On Friday I went to NBC and interviewed several cast members from the show and I even got a set visit of Salem! Then on Saturday I went to the Day of Days at Universal’s CityWalk where the cast was having meet and greets with the fans and I spoke to them about their past experiences and what is coming up!
Below you can see the pictures from Day of Days and I will give you little tidbits about what is coming up in the next few weeks on Seriously? OMG! WTF?. But before then, you are not going to want to miss any minute of Days of our Lives because a big reveal is happening this week and it all starts to play out today. Any guesses what it is???
Alison Sweeney and Galen Gering are just so cute together and the two of them talked about how Rafe is Sami’s first real adult relationship. They also talked about all that their characters have gone through together with Baby Grace and what will be coming when we finally find out that Baby Sydney is really Sami and EJ’s.
The worst part about interviewing James Scott and Arianne Zucker is seeing them together makes you want Nicole and EJ to be together again, but you know that isn’t going to happen. The two of them talked about what they think could’ve kept their relationship together, but too much happened for that to happen now. So who does James Scott want to see his character with? You will have to wait until later this week to find out.
BTW Arianne’s eyes really pop with her new hair color!
Joseph Mascolo talked about playing Stefano Dimera, but I also learned something about Joseph. Did you know he is from Connecticut? I have been watching him on the show for decades and I always though that he was from Europe, but turns out he is from the East Coast. He told us that he got his accent from one of the characters that was in the movie South Pacific. How cool is it to know that?
Crystal Chappell is back as Carly and she talked about what it is like being back on the show after 16 years. She told us the good stuff for Carly’s return is about to start happening and you don’t want to miss it!
She was paired with Lauren Boles who plays Bo and Hope’s daughter Ciara. When I asked her if it is hard to memorize her lines, she said only when they have big words. She was so awwwwdorable!
Lauren Koslow and Bryan Dattilo play mother and son, Kate and Lucas, and you can see their is a real chemistry between them. Lauren talked to us about her new husband Stefano and that she really doesn’t think Kate is evil. That was until William from Soap Opera Source asked her about the Will Doll, and she admitted that was evil.
Peggy McCay and Louise Sorel were paired together and Peggy told us what it has been like being on the show for all of these years and Louise told us what it is like to play Vivian again. Both women are single on the show and Peggy told us she would like Caroline to have a man in her life. How much fun would it be if both of them were going after the same man?
James Reynolds and Renee Jones talked about being one of the very few African American couples on Daytime TV and one that has survived. Renee also talked about what is like playing Lexie with her son, who is played by Terrell Ransom, Jr, having autism on the show. James Reynolds also talked about some of his favorite storylines for Abe Carver throughout the years and one of them was capturing the Salem Strangler.
I wasn’t able to get a picture of Wally Kurth at the Day of Days because they were closing the press room. But before they did I got to talk him about the Kurth and Taylor Band who are releasing their greatest hits from 1993-2010 on December 1st and before it comes out I will post my interview with him about it! The CD includes 16 fan favorites and 2 new songs and will be available on Amazon.com, CD Baby and iTunes. I know I already put it on my Christmas wish list.
But back to Wally returning on Days of our Lives, he told me on Friday that Justin will be admitting feelings for someone in the very near future…

Tonight is the night that we will finally find out who will have a threesome on Gossip Girl! Do you know who it is? I seriously have no idea and I can’t wait until 9p to find out who it is! And I really hope for The CW’s sake that this three-way is a lot more exciting than the Chuck Bass same-sex kiss because that was a major let down and I am not sure if the fans will take another much-hyped episode that is a complete dud. I mean afterall this episode got the attention of the PTC and Fox News, it better be worth it.
Talking about Fox News you would think they would do a little research before they did the story because someone spotted a huge mistake they kept making. They said that tonight’s episode is the season finale and those don’t happen until May and that is pretty easy common knowledge.
Nicole Kidman and Gwyneth Paltrow are going to play husband and wife in The Danish Girl and boy this is going to be one of the coldest couples to ever happen on the big screen. Paltrow is replacing Charlize Theron as Niicole Kidman's wife according to OK!. Kidman is playing the first post-op which explains how they became husband and wife and eventually wife and wife. Between Kidman's botox and Paltrow's demeanor the theater will be colder than the hottest day in the summer when the AC is on full blast. Sounds like an Oscar type movie with two Oscar winners is going to be one movie no one is going to want to see.
