Bryan R. Dattilo aka Lucas Roberts is out of Days of our Lives. According to Soap Opera Digest he was given the news before the show went on Christmas break that they would not be renewing his contract when it ends in February. The actor who has been with the show since 1993 has already taped his last episode. Hopefully it is the type of exit that they can bring back because even though they haven’t been using him, they have brought back other characters that were written off or in the case of his mother’s new husband even after he was a dead a few times.
Bryan R. Dattilo’s departure really saddens me because I can still remember when he came on the show 16 years ago. Will you miss Lucas even though Sami and him are no longer together?

NHL player Mike Fisher has scored the winning goal with Carrie Underwood because he asked the American Idol to marry him and she said Yes. No details were given. but the Senators player told the Vancouver Sun, “It’s true. We’re both obviously excited and very happy.” No date was announced for their wedding date either, but you know she will be one beautiful bride!
UPDATE: MJ’s Blog posted a picture of Carrie Underwood’s engagement ring and I have to say that Mike Fisher did a good job.

The recently engaged America’s Got Talent Judge got his Twister on for Npower’s No Power Hour and he looks like he had a huge blast. He also looks like he isn’t that flexible, ouch.
Alyssa Milano who has spoken out against MTV’s Jersey Shore decided to get her Snooki on for Funny or Die. Alyssa parodied the Dove Evolution video and what a transformation she went through, the native New Yorker actually looks like she could be part of Jersey Shore now. But I think she needs to stay with her current look, don’t you?
BTW when it comes to the Dove Evolution, holy sh!t no wonder our perceptions of beauty are all f*cked up. Now I feel better about myself because I don’t have someone photoshopping me, but I wouldn’t mind having someone do it for me!
