Liza Minnelli collapsed during a Christmas Show in Sweden after performing a few songs according to Reuters.
Minnelli collapsed during a Christmas show Wednesday night and fell off the side of the stage but was caught by a technician and escaped additional injuries, said Michael Silfverskiold, a local promoter.
"It was a terrible situation," he said. "She fell off the side of the stage. The production manager caught her."
Liza was taken to the hospital and was released on Thursday and is flying back to the United States today. It has not been disclosed why she collapsed but the promoter of the show said, "You could see she was in pain." Sadly the promoter was also in pain because several audience members were angry and were demanding their money back for the shortened performance. Jees the woman collapsed and those people could do is think about themselves, come on they were at a show that everyone will be talking about. Whatever.
Now back to Liza, here is to hoping she is better soon.

Baby Spice sprained her ankle during the Vegas performance on Tuesday according to the Spice Girls' blog.
"Last night I had a tumble on stage and unfortunately I have sprained my ankle, so I am hobbling around on crutches!" she told thespicegirls.com. "I'm sure to make a speedy recovery and see you all at The O2."
Maybe it is just me but if I had a sprained ankle and was planning on performing dance numbers in a few days, I would not be wearing heels like that. Either way hopefully she will get better soon.
