Seriously? OMG! WTF?

So I am back, but for the next few days my blog will be very plain. I have hired a web designer (Thanks to Dlisted and ICYDK) who will redo this site so it looks better! So please excuse the basic site until then. I will also get the blogroll up then, so sorry fellow bloggers I promise I will put you back. When it comes to what happened to the original site, I will tell you that in a later post. Let's just say the last 36 hours have been pure hell! And I was completely in tears over this. I signed up with Go Daddy and can I tell you they have the nicest customer service out there! I highly recommend them and they are cheap!!! What was extremely helpful to me during this time were fellow bloggers and my readers who contacted me to ask what happened and get me threw the insanity! Luxe Life can report first that Britney Spears is back in Vegas tonight, but this time it’s all work and very little play for the controversial pop princess. Britney is in Las Vegas through the weekend at the Recording Studio at the Palms laying down two new tracks for her long-awaited album. She is in the studio working with record producer Dr. Luke, who has written hits and produced for some of the biggest names on the charts. Kelly Clarkson, local favorite Pink, Avril Lavigne, Lady Sovereign and Chris Daughtry are just some of the names on his resume. Britney is staying at one of the expensive sky villas inside the Palms Fantasy Tower, but it is not the $40,000 a night Hugh Hefner suite. Luxe Life has learned that there are no plans for Britney to go out on the town maintaining her reckless party girl reputation as she is very serious about completing tracks for the album. Britney is also reportedly working with the Pet Shop Boys on this album as she is a big fan of the remixes the duo did for Madonna.

The California Highway Patrol turned its investigation into the Simple Life star’s DUI arrest over to the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office Wednesday to determine whether Richie should be charged in the case. CHP officials would not disclose their recommendations in the case, but the fact that the D.A. is reviewing the case, as opposed to the city attorney’s office, suggests that the CHP is recommending Richie face a felony charge. A spokesperson for the D.A.’s office did not comment beyond acknowledging that the case had been received and was under review. There was no immediate word from Richie’s camp. Because Richie was previously convicted of drunken driving in 2002, a second conviction would mean a mandatory five-day jail sentence, as well as the loss of her license for one year, under California law. A tentative hearing in the matter has been scheduled for Feb. 7, assuming charges are in fact filed against her. Even if she faces charges, it’s unlikely to affect filming on the fifth installment of The Simple Life in Malibu; Richie and Paris Hilton are slated to resume filming this March. (The Simple Life airs on E! Entertainment Television; E! Online and E! Entertainment are divisions of E! Networks.) This time around, the duo reportedly will toil as counselors at such institutions as a fat camp, a beauty pageant camp and a couples camp, among others. Production on the series was halted in October while Richie sought treatment to determine why she was having difficulty gaining weight.

What I love most about the write up of this story is how E! is happy to mention that this will not affect the filming of Simple Life 5 and also do a plug for what is coming up this season.

via Dlisted I hope that the Judge, who days after this was filmed said he was making progress, holds an emergency court date and finally puts him to jail. Obviously rehab isn't doing anything for him. Seeing is believing, and what more does she need to see?
