More mystery on Suri’s birth certificate
July 11th, 2006 under Tom Cruise/Katie Holmes/Suri. [ Comments: none ]

The same nurse who signed the birth certificate for Tom Cruise’s daughter Suri also signed the birth certificate for Brooke Shield’s daughter Grier,  but there’s an interesting discrepancy.
Both babies were born on April 18 at St. John’s Hospital in Santa Monica. Anne Heffernan is the registered nurse who signed both birth certificates.  As TMZ reported Monday, Heffernan, who never saw Suri, signed her birth certificate.  A hospital rep says Heffernan is authorized to sign when a doctor is not available.
On the Suri Cruise certificate, Heffernan’s license number is G48079.  On the Grier Henchy certificate, Heffernan’s license number is different — G068399.  TMZ checked with the California Board of Registered Nursing and we were told Heffernan’s license number didn’t match either of the birth certificates.  A Board rep told TMZ Hefferman’s license number is 317058.
And it gets more interesting. The Board of Registered Nursing told TMZ the license number on Grier’s certificate comes back to a Dorothy Rork.  The license number on Suri’s birth certificate is a mystery.  There is no name attached to that license number.
By the way, unlike Suri’s birth certificate, Brooke Shields signed the one for her daughter.  Someone listed as "Friend" signed the certificate for Suri.
Also, the hospital’s policy is to file birth certificates with L.A. County within 10 days of birth.  In the case of Suri, it took 20 days to file, in part because the "friend" didn’t sign for 16 days.  In Grier’s case, Brooke herself signed two days after her birth and the certificate was filed nine days after the baby was born.
TMZ placed multiple calls to St. John’s.  So far, no comment.

I bet you a K-Fed penny we are going to see Suri soon. There is no way they go on spinning this anymore. But then again maybe they can?

I am thinking Suri is short for Surrender…lol

Macca and Jagger seeing red
July 11th, 2006 under Paul McCartney/Heather Mills, Rolling Stones. [ Comments: none ]

As two of the most famous rock stars on earth, Sir Paul McCartney and Sir Mick Jagger have enjoyed a friendly rivalry that has endured since the 1960s.
From the music they played, to the clothes they wore, The Beatles and The Rolling Stones always made every effort to stand apart from each other.
But in an attempt to defy the ravages of times the Stones frontman has obviously decided that, for once, imitation is by far the best option.
First Sir Paul inexplicably started dying his hair red. Now Sir Mick has decided the curious new shade of auburn looks great on him too.
Intriguingly, for both men their new hair colour has coincided with them having much younger partners who have badgered them into overhauling their ageing image.
With Sir Paul, the red hair coincided with him starting to wear cool trainers, and fashionable jumpers designed for much younger men. Most importantly, is also coincided with him first starting to date Heather Mills.
With Sir Mick, the very same looks to be happening.
In identical fashion, he is letting his younger girlfriend, L’Wren Scott – who is a model and stylist – dictate his appearance.
First came the trainers, then the cool tops – and now, rather amusingly, she looks to have been playing around with his hair colour
Jagger, who is 63, showed off his new locks as the band launched the European leg of their A Bigger Bang tour in Milan last night.

Pirates is a treasure chest of box office gold
July 11th, 2006 under Pirates of the Caribbean. [ Comments: none ]

When all the doubloons were actually tallied, the actual three-day gross for Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest was $135.6 million, a significant $3.6 mil more than originally estimated, meaning that Spider-Man’s record has been put to even more shame. In fact, Variety notes, the only box-office best Pirates didn’t better was the all-time Saturday payday of $44.8 million, netted by Shrek 2 — although Jack Sparrow came within just 400 thou of doing so.

A drunken Shanghai Knight?
July 11th, 2006 under Jackie Chan, Movie Star Gossip. [ Comments: none ]

Jackie Chan disrupted a concert by Taiwanese singer-songwriter Jonathan Lee and exchanged insults with the audience, a news report said Tuesday.
Ming Pao Daily News quoted the 52-year-old action star as saying onstage that he was drunk.
Chan suddenly jumped on the stage Monday night and demanded a duet with Lee. He then tried to conduct the band but stopped and restarted the music several times, the newspaper reported.
As the awkward interruption dragged on, audience members started to heckle Chan, who replied with an insult, according to the report.
A spokesman for Chan, Solon So, said he hadn’t seen Chan since the alleged incident and had no immediate comment. He said he didn’t attend the concert.
Concert organizers didn’t immediately return a call seeking comment.
Chan, whose Hollywood credits include the "Rush Hour" series and "The Tuxedo," was an invited performing guest at Lee’s show Sunday night.
