4 year old pageant winner flips off the audience |

A big brouhaha in Stanislaus County as a pageant winner in Patterson is stripped of his crown. Heather Hudgens reports it all started with apricots and a finger foul-up. It was another weekend of royalty in Patterson, and the parade queens were on their best behavior. “I would never do it, it’s not queen worthy,” said one of the queens. What she’s talking about is what happened last month at the Apricot festival, when the newly-crowned Little Mr. Apricot, 4-year old Matthew Burgos, raised his middle finger to the crowd! At Mil’s Cafe, now all the talk is what happened next, when Matthew was unceremoniously relieved of his crown. The reason – the unfortunate flip of the finger. Matthew’s mom understands why the apricot board took Matthew’s title, but wishes some townsfolk would just get over it. “I think it is ridiculous, I mean he’s four years old,” she says. CBS 13 asked the Patterson Apricot Fiesta Board to comment, they would not, except to confirm the story. First runner-up Michael Montiel will now assume the role of Little Mr. Apricot. Matthew doesn’t even know he’s been stripped of the title. His mom and dad say he likely wouldn’t understand, anyway.

How cute is that? Seriously they should give him back his crown and so much more! He is 4 and did not what he was doing, what is the town’s excuse?

Gwen Stefani and Angelina Jolie take a stroll with their newborns babies Shiloh and Kingston at Brad Pitt’s secluded Santa Barbara estate, July 2nd. The pair wore matching baby slings and compared diaper stories while Angelina’s adopted daughter Zahara impressed both beauties with her new-found walking skills. Meanwhile, partners Brad and Gavin Rossdale took a break from babysitting with a jet skiing excursion. Gavin proved the more adventurous, powering into sea, while Brad stayed close to the coast with sidekick Maddox. With the coolest babies on the planet finally meeting each other, security in the compound was on high alert. The estate was heavily guarded by officers on dune buggies, patrol boats and rafts, as well as dogs posted around the property’s perimeters.

Depp – “To be, or not be” |

JOHNNY DEPP wants to put Hollywood on hold so he can live out the dying wish of late movie icon MARLON BRANDO by playing HAMLET in a theatre production. Brando warned THE PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN star that one his biggest regrets was missing out on the WILLIAM SHAKESPEARE play because he had grown too old by the time he felt ready for the challenging part. Depp says, "Marlon wanted me to escape movies for a while. "So it’s one of the things that keep ricocheting around in my head. He told me that by the time he had got to the point where he felt he could do Hamlet, it was too late. So he said, ‘Do it now, do it while you can.’ "And I would like to do it – although it’s one of the more frightening ideas I’ve had. I think as an actor it is good to feel the fear of failing miserably. I think you should take that risk. Fear is a necessary ingredient in everything I do."
