Before Patricia Heaton was a successful actress, she played a struggling one on Party of Five. She looks the same now as she did when she was 37 in that 1996 episode.
Jonathan Groff is as known for his spitting as his phenomenal musical performances. The Tony-nominated actor is starring as Bobby Darin in Just In Time on Broadway, and the audience is getting wet from his singing, as in literally.
We saw him spitting as the Mad King in the filmed version of Hamilton. We heard his Merrily We Roll Along co-stars, Daniel Radcliffe and Lindsay Mendez, ask him about his wet mouth. And now, thanks to the spotlight, we are getting to see how strong his spit game is in his latest Broadway production as he belts out The Curtain Falls.
I am not criticizing him for it! I just wish I was in New York City so he could go all Gallagher on me!
The only people who probably are not into his spitting are his boyfriends. That is, unless that is their fetish!
Warner Bros is facing the wrath of many mothers today because yesterday, they tricked several moms into seeing Final Destination Bloodlines. Well, the studio didn’t. However, they invited their kids to a special screening of the Horror movie and told them to tell the women who gave them life that they were going to see a Rom-Com.
Imagine their shock and horror when they saw a guy meet his other maker because of his septum ring. Actually, the mommas probably liked that because now they can get their little bastards to either take their nose rings out or never get one.
However, the rest of the movie might be a questionable way to spend their day, at least until they got home and were able to go all Gen X parent on their demon spawn. That is when they learned what “Be afraid. Be very afraid” is all about!
That is, unless their lovers’ sperm donation made it up to them—something they better have done. I know my dad and I had to do it whenever we dragged my mom to a Horror movie.
Final Destination Bloodlines starts slaying theaters this Friday. I am so freaking excited to see the newest chapter in the best Horror franchise of the 21st Century!
Wicked was the most talked-about movie of 2024, and the sequel is just as anticipated! So NBC is cashing in on that in November before Wicked: For Good flies into movie theaters on its broomstick on November 21st.
In November, NBC will be airing a live concert special featuring Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo, along with guest stars, singing the show-stopping numbers from the first movie, and previewing some from the second film.
Director John M. Chu made the announcement today at NBC’s Upfront presentation in New York City.
Wicked is streaming on Peacock with an optional sing-along version!
This week, we have been focusing on Prime Time Television, and we have forgotten about Daytime programming. However, that was me. It was not CBS.
Today, they announced that their new Soap Opera, Beyond the Gates, was picked up for a second season. The news is not a surprise. It is up 48% from The Talk.
BTG is set in a leafy Maryland suburb just outside of Washington, D.C., in one the most affluent African American counties in the United States; a posh gated community with winding tree-lined streets and luxurious mansions to call home. At the center of this community are the Duprees, a powerful and prestigious multi-generational family that is the very definition of Black royalty. But behind these pristine walls and lush, manicured gardens are juicy secrets and scandals waiting to be uncovered. And those who live outside these gates are watching closely. These are the places where our characters live, love, work and play. Those who have “made it” and those who haven’t are all trying to navigate life … and some with more grace than others.
