May 22nd, 2026 under Jensen Ackles. [ Comments: none ]

Are you sad that The Boys is over and the final episode was a disappointment? Well, Prime Video has something to make you feel better!

Soldier Boy is alive, well, and childless in the bloody teaser for Vought Rising, the prequel to The Boys.

Vought Rising marks the further expansion of the global franchise. Set in the 1950s, the prequel series explores the twisted origins of Vought International. The teaser offers a diabolical first look at the world and story that will define this next evolution of the franchise.

The show stars Jensen Ackles, Aya Cash, Mason Dye, Will Hochman, KiKi Layne, Jorden Myrie, Nicolo Pasetti, Elizabeth Posey, Ricky Staffieri, and Brian J. Smith.

VR will debut in 2027. Hopefully, sooner rather than later.

Can the Ghosts save Woodstone Manor from being demolished?
May 21st, 2026 under Ghosts. [ Comments: none ]

Tonight at 8p on CBS, it is time for the one-hour season finale of Ghosts, and Woodstone Manor might make like a ghost.

Now that Tad (Justin Kirk) is back to being the Mayor, he has sold his share of Jay’s (Utkarsh Ambudkar) restaurant to a corporation. That corporation has decided they want to demolish all of the properties on the land, including Woodstone Manor, so that they can turn it into a data center.

So now, Jay and Samantha (Rose McIver) have to figure out a way to save the bed and breakfast. They decide to try to see if they can get the mansion landmark status, but none of the Ghosts’ lives or deaths are worthy of that title.

That is, until one ghost comes forward with a secret past that will shock everyone, including you. There is only one problem, the livings need to prove that that ghost has ties to the manor.

In order to do that, the livings will have to go overseas to find the proof that may or may no longer exist anymore. Will they find what they need in time?

If they don’t, then the Ghosts are going to have to find a new place to live because their home is being torn down too.

Where will Thor (Devan Chandler Long), Sass (Román Zaragoza), Isaac (Brandon Scott Jones), Hetty (Rebecca Wisocky), Alberta (Danielle Pinnock), Flower (Sheila Carrasco), Pete (Richie Moriarty), and Trevor (Asher Grodman) wind up?

All of that will lead to a sad ending that will make you so pissed that Ghosts will not be back until 2027. But I have said too much.

What I will say is that Ghosts added another great season to the ledger. If you are still ghosting the show, then you are truly missing out on an original, endearing, and funny comedy. Therefore, you can spend the Summer watching the first five seasons.
