Tonight is the third season premiere of The Voice on NBC at 8p and the four mentors are going to start the season off with The Rolling Stones’ Start Me Up. I always love when Cee Lo Green, Adam Levine, Blake Shelton and Christina Aguilera do a number together because even though they each sing a different types of music off the show, they make beautiful music together on it. And I can’t wait to hear what new and amazing voices we will hear from the singing competition this time around.
Adam Levine was on The Tonight Show yesterday and he did his best Blake Shelton for Jay Leno. It is scary how much the rocker sounds like the country star! I guess with their Bromance, it has helped him to perfect that Southern Drawl he Honey Bee has.
I can’t wait to see if the Maroon 5 singer can also imitate his other Voice mentors Christina Aguilera and Cee Lo Green. Could you picture what he do with Xtina? Hopefully he will do them too when the show returns to NBC this Monday.
Christina Aguilera was getting ready to film The Voice and Fame Flynet caught her before she went into hair, makeup and costume; and you know what I think she looks better au naturale. Seriously she is a pretty girl naturally, I don’t know why she puts on all of that foundation, blush, mascara and red lipstick.
Cee Lo Green was performing in Miami the other night and he revealed his big beautiful belly. Not only does he have a sexy voice, we now know he has a sexy body too. Hopefully when The Voice comes back in the fall, he will be taking off his top all the time. If he did, I am sure it would get the ratings up.
Last season on The Voice Cee Lo Green was all about his white Persian pussycat Purrfect The Cat, but now he has tossed her aside for a Lady. Actually Lady is the name of his new mascot, a pink cockatoo. As a cat lover I don’t know how I feel about this switch-a-roo, but Purrfect does and she is letting her feelings be heard. Here is the catty response she Tweeted about her replacement, “Have to say, @CeeLosLady is pretty…for a bird. Don’t see HER in Papa @CeeLoGreen’s lap now do ya? =^..^= ‪#JustSayin” She then added, “……pretty delicious. ‪#OkIllStop‬ ‪#JustKitten” I don’t think she is kitten, do you? I bet she is hissing one her daddy’s songs to her pops…you know the one I am talking about. And I am not referring to the PG-13 version of the chart topper.
I think we need to start a petition to get Purrfect back on the show. We need more pussy on the NBC singing competition and less birds. I don’t know what that means either, but basically I am saying we want Purrfect back.
Seriously someone needs to tell Cee Lo that Lady would make a great feathered boa, because I am sure once someone does our feline friend will be back faster than you can say Blake Shelton and Adam Levine.
