The Rock spent Easter chasing his awwwwdorable daughter around the house dressed up like Pikachu. Even though it made the humid Miami so much hotter than it normally is, he did not mind and Jazzy loved every minute of all. All 120 of them.
Not only did the 16 month have a blast, so did DJ’s dog Hobbs, who thought he was a huge moving fire hydrant that he could not wait to mark. If you know what I mean!
All in all, it was happy day for the whole Johnson family. Well, everyone but the man whose movie made over $100 million at the Box Office this weekend. If it wasn’t for him, I doubt Fate & the Furious would have done as well. He is the draw! It’s why I go to see every movie he is in.
That and because my fellow University of Miami alum has a huge heart. Always helping strangers and yet still have time to play live action Pokemon Go with his daughter whenever he can. That’s right, this is not the first time he did it. He also dressed up in that costume for Halloween and she loved it just as much then as she did now. I think he should dress up as Pikachu for every holiday, like Memorial Day, Flag Day, National Pokemon Day and so on.
Seriously, isn’t Jasmine lucky to have a dad like Dwayne Johnson who is willing to that for his daughter? He might be busiest man in Hollywood, but he always has time for her.
Jimmy Fallon took The Tonight Show down to Orlando this week, and The Rock drove up from Miami to do it. Once DJ got up there, the two men put on Mascot versions of themselves and walked the Universal Studios Park to greet the fan. Actually, they had a contest and shockingly the NBC late night host beat Dwayne Johnson.
Then after DJ had his head handed him to him, the two men photobombed some fans of the late night show. But it was the actor who got a surprise when he surprised his fan. The guy is such a huge a fan of the former Wrestler that he started to cry. How big a fan? He has a big tattoo of his idol on his calf. Then they were both crying.
Later, it was Fallon who was crying. That’s because they played Phonebooth and Jimmy got stuck a WWE Wrestler Big Show, the Blue Man Group and Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer in his tight space. DJ on the other hand got stuck with a 7 year old genius who was smarter than him. But hey, we went to the University of Miami, and we didn’t learn scholastic things!
I am so excited for Baywatch: The Movie with The Rock and Zac Efron and I am not the only one. So are the people who came up with this poster to promote the film that is out on May 26th. In case you can’t see why I said that, it looks like an erect pen!s with balls.
Anyways, if this is any hint what the flick is going to be like, I am even more excited for it. It reminds me a lot of how the studio promoted Deadpool and we know that movie got a big O. As in ovation, but the other one works too.
The Rock did a Q&A and answered how he would react if he found out his oldest daughter was dating. He said he would invite Simone’s boyfriend over and would greet him very nicely at the door. Then he would grab the guy by the throat and choke the life out of him. Therefore, he will not ever be having any grandchildren because he has 2 daughters. That is the cost of being an overprotective dad! But would expect any less from DJ?
One of the things The Rock is known for his very muscular body and he works very hard to keep in that shape. He gets up every morning at a Gd forsaken hour and exercises until he is dripping with sweat from the top of his bald head to his humongous feet. Which means…
Anyways, how hard does he workout at the gym? Today, he shared a condensed version of his daily routine and all I can say is I need to go back to sleep after watching that. Man that is exhausting, and I was only watching DJ do his thing. How does he do that? Too much for my lazy a$$. I will stick with my Sweatin’ to the Oldies.
