Some people might say that Victoria Beckham is as stiff as a mannequin, but she is not that way with James Corden. That is why The Late Late Show recreated the 1987 movie with them on the CBS late night talk show yesterday.
Have to say, I love the looser Posh Spice. To me, she is my favorite one from the Spice Girls and bits like this prove why I feel this way. And on that note, too bad they couldn’t get Mel B to take part in that final moment. How smashing would that have been?
BTW it was nice to see that Hollywood was represented, too bad that Meshach Taylor is no longer around to see it.
One last thing, can you believe that Mannequin turned 30 last month? It is still as fresh now as it was then.
James Corden brought back Flinch on The Late Late Show yesterday and he learned not to mess with three women.
The idea behind Flinch is someone stands behind a bulletproof see-thru shield as a fruit is suddenly shot at them from cannon. The object of the game is not to Flinch. Sounds easy until you are that person. First, Victoria Beckham went and she flinched. Then it was Jessica Chastain’s turn, same thing. Finally, Lisa Kudrow faced the challenge but she had her back to it and still flinched.
Fair is fair, and the three 3 ladies were able to get their revenge on the CBS host. In went two fruit, and just as he was getting ready for it, Posh Spice hit the button. He flinched harder than the three of them combined. Proving that women are better at it than men!
BTW am I the only one who wants to try it to see how hard they will flinch? You know, who masted the game? Lisa Kudrow’s Friend Matt LeBlanc. He has balls of steel.
When you think of David Beckham, you think of one of the sexiest men to ever play football aka soccer. That all changed after seeing this photo of him looking like sh!t. Why does he Deadpool’s cousin? He is starring in a movie. Not Bend It Like Beckham 2, but Guy Ritchie’s King Arthur.
I don’t know about you, but this doesn’t make me want to see the movie. Well that and after Swept Away, I vowed to never ever see another Ritchie film.
Victoria Beckham was on Today this morning to talk about her fashion line, but Savannah Guthrie had another question for her. The news anchor wanted to know if there will ever be a Spice Girls reunion with her. Mrs David Beckham told her, “There won’t be a reunion because I think that when we performed at the Olympics (in 2012), it was so great and that was celebrating everything we achieved.” Then she added, “But you need to know when it is time to actually say that was great. We achieved a lot and everybody moves on.”
While she has moved on from the Spice Girls, she hasn’t moved away from the girls. She said that Ginger Spice, Baby Spice, Sporty Spice and Scary Spice are still really close and talk all the time.
Guthrie also asked if by moving on from the Spice Girls means she is no longer Posh. Posh Spice brilliantly told her, “I will always be Posh!” Yes she will be.
When it comes to excuse about achieving it all at the Olympics, Sting said that after playing Shea Stadium in 1983 with The Police. As we know over 30 years later in 2007, the band reunited for a reunion tour around the world, so never say never Victoria Beckham because if The Police can do it, so might the Spice Girls! Let’s just hope they don’t wait 30 years because I don’t wanna be really old when I see them again.

I don’t know about you, but I don’t think I have ever seen Posh Spice wear jeans. But here is Victoria Beckham wearing a pair. Not only that she is also wearing a button down shirt of color. I don’t know what is going on with her, but I like it!
