When you are a Rock Star you dream of being on the cover of Rolling Stone magazine and that means a day-long interview to flesh out the story. Taylor Swift was so excited when she got the call that she was going to be featured. Therefore, she planned a whole day of driving around to rehearsal and stuff.
She told Graham Norton on his show today, how that interview went. She said she not only planned what they were going to do, but she also kept telling herself, “Drive the best you have you driven.” Well, she did not take her own advice. That is because she crashed her car, not once but twice. The first time was her fault, the second was not and she says she saved the reporter’s life as they were sideswiped. After the second accident, she thinks she heard Brian Hiatt scream, “I have a new baby at home!”
At that moment she knew the cover story was going to be a good read and a bad thing for her. The moral of this story is that she needs to hire a driver. Not only for herself but to protect the other people on the road. It is not she does not have the money to do so.
Taylor Swift is finally back with new music. Since her love life is in a good place, this album is all about her. Or ME, I should say because that is the title for the first single off of it.
Not only did we get to hear the new duet with Brendon Urie of Panic! At The Disco, we also got to see it. The two of them shot a music video for their tune that is a throwback to the old days when music videos were stories. I don’t know what the story of this one is, but that does not mean I do not like it. It makes you feel happy, but then again it is like My Little Pony: Equestria Girl or Trolls came to life. Or pastel colored vomit or if all 31 flavors of Baskin Robbins melted together as one.
Taylor Swift and Blake Lively dressed like their childhood idols for New Year’s Eve. The singer went as Ariel, the Mermaid who sacrificed her voice for legs. While Blake Lively went as Dorothy and her husband went as Toto? Actually, I think Ryan Reynolds went as mid-1980’s David Bowie. Either that or the man, who is now most known for wearing a costume, was too lazy to put one on. Maybe he is still hurt and does not want to be tricked like he was when Hugh Jackman and Jake Gyllenhaal invited him to an ugly sweater party, and they wore plain T-shirts. Poor Deadpool cannot get it right.
Oh and it looks like Swift’s squad is not as filled with famous friends as it used to be?

Remember when everyone wanted to be part of Taylor Swift’s squad? Well, over the weekend Bryan Adams got to be one of the members when she performed his hit song Summer of ’69 in Toronto. The crowd went wild when one of their favorite sons joined her on stage.
To make that moment even more special, they kept his appearance a secret. In fact, the singer did something he has never done before in his 40-year career. He took an elevator lift up on to the stage.
During sound check, the two singers had someone fun when he was below the stage. You know they have such great chemistry, I would not be surprised if they release that song as a duet. Their vocals and strumming worked really well together. Don’t you agree?
Taylor Swift was performing her song Call It What You Want last night in New Jersey when it looks like one of her dancers clipped her leg during his spin. It was enough to knock her off of balance and onto her derrière. Since the show must go on, she was able to shake it off and laughingly shove the backup dancer who tripped her.
I would not want to be that Romeo after the show because you know there is going to be bad blood between them. It would be safer for him to go into the woods with the Jersey Devil than to face her. Don’t you agree?
