Seriously? OMG! WTF?

Believe it or not, The Bangles’ Susanna Hoffs is going to turn 65 in 15 days. And she is showing us that age is just a number.

The singer shared a video of herself trying on a little green dress that she wore on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno in 1996, and it still fits.

In fact, I think she looks better in it now than she did then. She is timeless, like an eternal flame. And just as hot.

On January 17th, Susanna Hoffs is going to turn the big 6-0. However, looking at the singer from The Bangles, I do not and cannot believe it. She truly looks like she is at least half that age. I guess you can say her youth is burning an Eternal Flame.

Can you believe she is about to turn 60? Or do you think she sang Walk Like an Egyptian because she actually walked with the Egyptians?

Seriously, who doesn’t want to look as good as her when at her age?

Who knows maybe they can combine their voices for People are Strange when the Walk Like An Egyptian? Actually, who cool would it be if both bands went on tour together? The sound is so different but yet almost the same.

Back when American Idol was on Fox, the three judges, Simon Cowell, Randy Jackson and Paula Abdul, would rip the contestants a new one if they flubbed the lyrics. That was then, now it is a whole new ball game since the show is on ABC with these three judges.

Catie Turner forgot the first few lines to Manic Monday. Instead of starting over starting over she just went on with the song once she remembered the rest of the words. When she was done, Luke Bryan, Katy Perry and Lionel Richie, all told her it was OK and that it has happened to them too. Well, American Idol’s real season 2 winner, Clay Aiken, did not like how nice they were to her and wrote, “So when i was on @AmericanIdol I slightly flubbed some lyrics. Nowhere near this noticable.. https://youtu.be/tt1_QVQ8KMQ and even Paula gave me hell. This girl gets a therapy session?! 🙄 Really? Seriously??! He is 100% right. How many of us have been to a concert and the singer forgot the lyrics? How pissed off were you? I still remember Sammy Hagar messing up Right Here, Right Now. We pay a lot of money to see them sing, they better know the words to the songs they are singing. Don’t tell them it is OK. I love you Luke, but I will never forget you screwing up the National Anthem. Will you?

I get it she is young, but still, she needs to learn the right way not the wrong way to act as a professional singer. She also has to learn the right way to choose a Prince song and not just one that was sung by another artist. That and she totally messed up The Bangles tune. What was up with her dancing? Like she said it was not her not night. So much so, she was rightfully eliminated.

BTW if this is what American Idol is like now, no wonder it is doing poorly in the ratings. There is nothing positive I can say about it. Can you?
