Seth Meyers tries a laugh track
September 16th, 2020 under Seth Meyers. [ Comments: 2 ]

Almost all of the late night hosts got their starts doing standup. Therefore, it is hard for them to do their nightly monologues without an audience and their laughter.

Now that competition shows are using canned laughter and fake applauds, Seth Meyers thought he would try it out on the Late Night show yesterday.

How did it go? It would go better for him if he used someone else besides Stage Manager Tom Ucciferri operate the machine. However, for us, it works better if Ucciferri is the man behind the machine. He has the best timing for Meyer’s jokes.

Will Will & Grace be back for a third time?
July 31st, 2020 under Eric McCormack, Sean Hayes, Seth Meyers. [ Comments: none ]

Fans loved Will & Grace so much that NBC brought it back for a second go-around after 20 years. Is there a chance that the third time will be the charm for Hayes, Debra Messing, Megan Mullally, and Eric McCormack?

Sean Hayes told Seth Meyers on Late Night yesterday, “It is never going to happen again, ever, for as long as we live.” Never say never, Sean. Stranger things can happen, and y’all could be back.

I mean, Karen has a baseball team and we know you are not out until the third strike. Therefore, you still have at least one more at bat.

Do you want Jack, Karen, Will, and Grace to show us what life is like in the country? I do!

Seth Meyers’ lobby baby is sad

Seth Meyers decided to take his sons, Ashe, 4, and Axel, almost 2, for a walk on a rainy day. For some reason the lobby baby, fell to his knees and cried puddles of tears in a puddle. Actually, the Late Night host gave an explanation.

This is terrifying —- With professional sport leagues canceled local gamblers have been organizing “puddle runs” where bets are placed on young children who are forced to race each other in rain suits. As this photo shows THE KIDS ARE NOT INTO IT!!! If you come across one of these horrific undertakings fight the urge to take photos and report it to authorities immediately!!!

It sounds like Meyers is enjoying some quality time with his sons. Not sure they feel the same way!

Seriously, didn’t Axel’s face make you smile even though he was not?

Ty Burrell tells two embarrassing stories on Late Night with Seth Meyers
March 5th, 2020 under Modern Family, Seth Meyers. [ Comments: none ]

Ty Burrell was on Late Night yesterday, and he told Seth Meyers two stories that made me pity him.

The first one is when he met an agent in NYC, who told him how many changes he would have to make if he wanted to make it as an actor. When he was done with the meeting, he was literally sh!tting in his pants. As in he pooped in them at Times Square. He felt like he hit rock bottom.

He might’ve, but we know, he climbed to the top after thanks to Modern Family. So much so, someone hacked into his emails a few years ago and tried to sell incriminating information on him. Didn’t hear about that? That is because there was nothing interesting that anyone wanted to buy.

How sad is that? There is not one thing about that is even remotely scandalous. Poor Ty. At least, we can accept him as a talented actor. He might have a boring life, but he can act his way out of anything.

Adam Pally punched Baby Yoda too hard
February 13th, 2020 under Seth Meyers, Star Wars. [ Comments: none ]

Late last year, Adam Pally became one of the most hated people in the World because he punched Baby Yoda in The Mandalorian. It turns out; we did not hate him as much as the crew who worked on the show. Yesterday, he told Seth Meyers on Late Night, why they all detest him.

It is because when they shot scene, he hit the sweet, innocent, beloved Baby Yoda way too hard. As soon as he did, everyone jumped up and were like WTF did you do? Director Jon Favreau had to explain to him that he was working on a movie now and that Baby Yoda is very expensive. He needs to be a lot gentler with his punches. The actor understood what he had to do now.

When it was time to shoot the scene again, he was still getting looks of disdain from everyone. Therefore, he decided to try to break the ice. Thus, he told them all that before he clocked his nemesis, BT “said something antisemitic to him.” Did they laugh? Not at all, they wanted to clock him like he clocked Baby Yoda.

Baby Yoda is a beloved icon like Henry Winkler, and no one should mess with him. I am talking to you, Hanks. Anyways, back to Pally, if someone hurts someone, who is just as loveable, they should feel a wrath that not even Jar Jar Binks has experienced. Poor Jar Jar Binks.
