When I saw Sebastian Stan in a makeup chair getting prosthetics put on his face, I thought it was for The Apprentice. But it was not for him playing Donald Trump. Instead, it is for A Different Man, where he plays a man who suffers from Neurofibromatosis.
The makeup department used fewer fake facial parts to make that look happen than they had to use to make Trump camera-ready because he has a face for radio, not the big screen.

Today, we finally got the trailer for The Apprentice, which is loosely based on the life of young Donald Trump. As the trailer says, this is a supervillain’s origin story, and we know that he grew up to be one. Because we are living in his Gotham City, and I can’t wait to be in an alternate universe without him.
As someone who grew up in NYC, I watched this play out in real time. Hopefully, those who worship him will see this and be like we have been bamboozled. We just have to lie to them and tell them that it is his biopic and not an unauthorized biography. They won’t know the differece.
Now, let’s talk about Sebastian Stan. He is one of the greats of his generation. But I don’t believe him as Trump. He looks the role. He just doesn’t play it as him. But then again, who would want that part? Donald is not cool like The Joker, Khan, or Loki.
The Apprentice hits theaters on October 11th. Are you going to vote to see it?
Sebastian Stan looks completely unrecognizable in his upcoming movie A Different Man, which is filming now. The actor plays a man with neurofibromatosis that causes tumors to grow on his body, including his face. His character will undergo facial reconstructive surgery, and he will become infatuated with the actor who is starring as him in the bioplay.
I am assuming from this one photo that he is going to get an Oscar nomination for his performance in this Indie pic. You know how the voters love someone who is willing to be covered in prosthetics and get ugly for a role like Nicole Kidman and Charlize Theron?
Like them, Stan has the chops to pull it off. I have been saying that since I saw him in Political Animals.
We know that Lily James and Sebastian Stan are playing Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee in the Hulu movie based on their marriage. Now, we are seeing what Seth Rogen looks like as the electrician who sold their infamous sex tape. At least I think it is Seth Rogen because he is unrecognizable.
I normally never say this, but he needs to grow back his beard ASAP. Without one is not a good look on him.
