Before there was High School Musical, there was a brand new singing competition show on the air called American Idol. A young Vanessa Hudgens watched the then Fox show and was like I am going to be on it. But then she got the job of a lifetime and that dream was over. Not that she did bad for herself. Maybe even better than if she did do it.
What makes this tidbit even better is Hudgens told this story to Ryan Seacrest on Live with Kelly and Ryan. She told the host that she was 14 or 15 when the show that made him a household star debuted. His face when she told him that was perfect! Well for us, for him it was painful.

The singer told them that her music teacher in college was her there was a group of girl who were looking for another member. She told her mom, who then drove her to the train station to meet the girls. They got along so well, that five of them would meet up at her mom’s and rehearse in her living room. In fact, when they were out on the road, Mrs. Bunton would make them sandwiches to eat on the way. How sweet?
I think we can all agree that is how she got her name Baby Spice.
Ryan Seacrest is a huge idol because of American Idol, but those were not the fans that were all over him. Instead, it was a bunch of cute puppies who could stop licking and jumping on the host, and he loved every single second of it. In turn, we love every second of watching him getting tons of love from his arfdorbale admirers.
Billy Baldwin was on Live with Kelly and Ryan yesterday and Ryan Seacrest wanted to know if the actor’s niece, Hailey Baldwin, is married to Justin Bieber?
Baldwin said he was taking that information to the grave and then he asked Kelly Ripa to read his mind. She said she thinks they are married and Baldwin told her she is good.
Does that mean they are married? Who knows? And why do we care so much?
