Last season, Rick Moranis guest starred on The Goldbergs and this year they got another Rick from the era to be on the sitcom. This one is Springfield, Rick Springfield. Although some people call him Bruce.
According to Entertainment Weekly, the rocker will be Erica’s boss at a Karaoke bar called Gary-oke’s! Hopefully, we will see him singing one of his hits Karaoke style. How like totally awesome would that be?
How does the man who wants Jessie’s Girl feel about it? He said, “Alright! At last I get to play a guy from the ‘80s. I’m excited to guest star on ‘The Goldbergs’ and return back to 1980-something!”
Even though today is his 69th birthday, he still looks exactly like he in the decade that The Goldbergs take place in.
Talking about time, the show will be back with all-new episodes on September 26th and the season premiere pays homage to Sixteen Candles.

It looks like Rick Springfield has moved on from Jessie’s Girl to someone new. Not to Exorcist’s Linda Blair, but someone who is a real bitch. Who has them their turning heads all the way around? Puppies that need a furever home.
The two of them will be judges for Hallmark’s inaugural 2018 American Rescue Dog Show. The February 12th special is hosted by Rebecca Romijn and will feature shelter dogs from all over the US who are competing to be the top dog in the world’s most adorable categories. The best type of dog show I can think of.
BTW want to read something that will get your tails wagging? According to Springfield’s memoir, Blair and him used to date back in the ’70s. How do you like them bones?

No offense to Rick Springfield and Harry Connick Jr, but we have all heard their songs in the elevator. I guess that is why they took their talent to new heights. Yesterday, after the man, who wanted Jessie’s Girl, was done filming a guest appearance on Connick’s daytime talk show, they had a jam session in a lift.
Too bad it is not part of the show because I would love to hear how it must have sounded. The acoustics have to be incredible inside of one and with Springfield’s voice I am sure it was totally bitchin’.

Rick Springfield cancels a few shows due to surgery |

Rick Springfield is still touring nonstop, but he was forced to take an unwanted break. The singer tore a tendon in his arm and he needed to get surgery to repair it. Although the procedure went well, the recovery is taking longer than they expected. Because of that he had to cancel the next few dates and it hoping to get back to the road on Friday.
Dr Noah Drake wanted to keep his fans up to date, so he recorded a message for them. Sadly, it looks like his guitar days might be behind him or they will be off the hook. Why hasn’t he done more comedies because he is actually funny. That and the 68-year-old is still pretty darn sexy! I would still bop ’til I dropped with his human touch!
