Frasier will be eating more tossed salads and scrambled eggs
February 22nd, 2024 under Kelsey Grammer, Paramount+. [ Comments: none ]

It took years for Kelsey Grammer to get his Fraiser sequel on the air. But it took less than a year for Paramount+ to order a second season.

“Frasier is a love story, and I am very happy we will be allowed to continue it. I’m delighted that our partners at CBS Studios and Paramount+ are on board for another season, and I can’t wait for the fans to see what we have in store!” said Kelsey Grammer, star and executive producer of Frasier.

Can I tell you? I tried to watch the original series several times, but I never got into it. However, I love this updated series.

If you missed it, you can stream both takes of Frasier on Paramount+.

Evil is going to meet its end
February 15th, 2024 under Paramount+. [ Comments: none ]

Evil is a show that has been as cursed as its storyline. It debuted on CBS, got cancelled, picked up by Paramount+, and then it got delayed by both the pandemic and the strikes.

And now, it has finally met its match. That is because the streaming service announced today that this season will be the supernatural drama’s final one.

“Robert and Michelle King created a unique and deeply entertaining way of exploring the intersection of religion and science,” said Jeff Grossman, Executive Vice President, Programming, Paramount+. “We thank Robert, Michelle and the immensely talented cast and crew of EVIL and are incredibly proud of their collective work on the series. We can’t wait to see what’s in store for these characters, in what is sure to be a nail-biting, wild ride of a final season.”

The fourth season premiers in May. And I can’t wait to see how it ends.

Sarah Michelle Gellar should’ve stayed with Vampire
January 25th, 2024 under Freddie Prinze Jr / Sarah Michelle Gellar, Paramount+. [ Comments: none ]

Sarah Michelle Gellar cheated on Vampires with Werewolves in Wolf Pack on Paramount+ and it didn’t work out for her.

That is because Edo von Belkom, the author of the book that the series was based on, announced today, “Well, after just about a full year of uncertainty, the hammer finally fell today in Hollywood and news came out that Wolf Pack has been officially cancelled.”

The show is another causality of the strikes. Or it could be that Gellar has had bad luck with shows ever since Buffy the Vampire Slayer ended.

Are you sad that Wolf Pack won’t return for another full moon?

SEAL Team has had an honorable run on CBS for four seasons and two more on Paramount+. However, today the streaming service announced that the military drama’s seventh season will be its final one.

“For six seasons, I have been fortunate and blessed to be a part of an outstanding cast and crew,” said series star and executive producer David Boreanaz. “Every day spent was a note of thanks to our men and women in the military and Special OPS. I thank our fans, and I’m proud we were able to make this show to shine light in the darkness toward so many suffering today. I look forward to season seven and the opportunity to end this series with love and gratitude.”

SEAL Time begins production next month, and the seventh season will debut in 2024.
