Ringer is a Community joke!
September 16th, 2011 under NBC, The CW. [ Comments: 1 ]

The big talk from the series premiere of Ringer was not that Sarah Michelle Gellar was back on TV, but the horrible green screen effect when the twin sisters were riding a boat in the middle of the ocean. The effect was so bad that tonight Community co-stars Joel McHale and Ken Jeong will make fun of it on Soup tonight at 8p on E!.
BTW I never realized how much Joel and Ken looked alike until I saw them together like that, isn’t there resemblance uncanny?
Oh and if you missed that much ridiculed scene from Ringer you can watch it below. In defense of The CW, CBS should’ve paid to have it fixed before they gave the show to them. Afterall they are the ones with more money than their baby sister station.

Tammy, Tammy and Tammy on Parks and Recreation!!!
September 5th, 2011 under NBC. [ Comments: none ]

We are still 18 days (September 22) away from the premiere of Parks and Recreation on NBC, and I am now triply excited for it to see Tammy 0, Tammy 1 and Tammy 2 battle out head to head. I think we can guess which Tammy will be the first out of the ring? It is only battle of the Tammys that I am looking forward to, I can’t wait to what that exercise number is all about!
BTW you know what the preview was missing, it was missing the two beefcakes on the show…Rob Lowe and Aziz Ansari. We need more of them!!!

Craig Robinson shows BJ Novak who’s the boss of The Office!
August 18th, 2011 under NBC. [ Comments: none ]

Craig Robinson Tweeted the above pictures of him and his Office costar and said, “@Bjnovak and me gettin on da see-saw!” Followed by, “This is gonna be fun!!!!” And then finally said, “He has no idea how to see-saw”. And with that the Tweets stopped, so no word if Darryl let Ryan down…
BTW who else besides me wants to go play on see-saw after seeing how much fun they are having?

NBC has a Frankenstein fetish?
August 11th, 2011 under NBC. [ Comments: none ]

Earlier this week it was reported that NBC is working on a reboot of Frankenstein and now TV Guide is saying that they are also considering redoing The Munsters too? The Bryan Fuller version will be “be an edgier, slightly darker hour-long show.” Which is so far removed from the original I can’t understand why Fuller, who also did Pushing Daisies, can’t come up with something original?
Hey NBC I want to remind of two words as you move forward with this project and those words are Knight and Rider. Plus they tried to reboot The Munsters in the late ’80s with The Munsters Today and even though it lasted for three seasons, it so didn’t work. Leave Grandpa, Herman, Lillian, Marilyn, Eddie and Spot alone.

Is the final season of Chuck doomed?
July 23rd, 2011 under NBC, Vik Sahay. [ Comments: none ]

Chuck and its cast went to San Diego Comic Con and in a preview video they hinted the fifth and final season is doomed, but for some reason I think it is going to be the complete opposite. I think that Josh Scwartz has some brilliant things planned for Chuck, Sarah, Casey, Captain Awesome and Jeffster, but I am not sure I can say the same for poor Morgan. Although I shouldn’t say anything bad about him, now that he knows Kung Fu!
Now over to Jeffster for a second, how great did Vik Sahay’s voice sound as he sang Survivor’s Eye of the Tiger. Maybe NBC would consider giving Jeffster a spinoff that is a half hour comedy. Jeff and Lester quit the Buy More and try to make it as singers, but the only jobs they can get in the music industry is fixing computers. While working on the computers they sing their songs and add their one of kind music videos to the people’s hard drives they are working on? C’mon NBC you don’t want to go completely Chuckless, do you?
When it comes to Chuck as excited as I am to watch the show when it comes back on October 21st, I am sad that it will be the spy show’s final 13 episodes.
