CHRIS MARTIN has apologised after telling a fat critic of his music to go to Weight Watchers.
Standing on the steps of his Belsize Park home in north-west London, the skinny COLDPLAY singer lashed out at the woman’s figure after she turned up in person to slate his band Chris said: “When someone insults you to your face about your music, the first thing you want to do is pick on something about their appearance. It’s a terrible thing but I had this woman parked outside our house. “I would never say it to anyone else, but she drove me so crazy that I advised her to go to Weight Watchers, which was not a very nice thing to say. “I’m not proud of it, but it’s weird how if you sort of feel like you’re being attacked you can become a real a*******.”

Josh Duhamel vs Tommy Lee – literally |

Josh Duhamel and Tommy Lee apparently had it out at at Hollywood hotspot Bella last night.
According to a Bella publicist: Diners were treated to a special serving of celebrity blood lust when Josh Duhamel showed up and saw Tommy Lee. The two "got into a pushing match in the middle of the restaurant. Fergie’s name WAS mentioned in the beginning, but they don’t know what the fight was all about. Josh was escorted outside, Tommy stayed inside and finished his meal."
Wait… you guys let Tommy stay and kicked out Josh? Have you seen Josh? We’re sure there’s a county health code violation in this somewhere.

Buy the shirt Eminem and D-12 wore to Proof’s funeral |

EMINEM and his fellow D-12 rappers have licensed a production run of the T-shirts they wore to slain bandmate PROOF’s funeral to raise money for his family. Proof – real name DESHAUN HOLTON – was shot dead in a Detroit, Michigan, nightclub in April (06) after he reportedly opened fire on a bouncer at the CCC venue. Close friend Eminem paid his respects during an emotionally charged service claiming, "Without Proof, there would be no Eminem, no Slim Shady." He is now urging fans who also wish to commemorate Proof’s life to wear the same Big Proof Forever T-shirt he sported at the ceremony, and buy a limited edition poster at BigProof4Ever.com.

DeLonge did not like the Stones live. |

ANGELS + AIRWAVES rocker TOM DeLONGE admires veterans THE ROLLING STONES for their staying power – but thinks their concerts are "terrible". The former BLINK 182 star, 30, saw a recent Stones gig and was horrified with his rock heroes’ performances. DeLonge says, "We are here to rule the planet. I’d like us to be still touring when we are old. "People talk s**t about the Stones being on the road and I don’t want anyone telling me I can’t play music any more, no matter what age I am. "I did go see them in the US but I didn’t really like it. "The show sucked – not necessarily because they are old. "The production was terrible, they had really lame lights and stuff. There was just no impact."

Seriously, let’s see how good his production is in 30 years for Blink 182’s 5th reunion show?

When charity dinners go bad |

Come on, rich people! Just because the dinner is for children’s charities doesn’t mean you get to act like a kid.
The other night at Tavern on the Green, folks who paid $1,500 a seat — and $30,000 a table — had a bad case of attention-deficit disorder when married country stars Tim McGraw and Faith Hill did their darnedest to entertain at the Samsung Four Seasons of Hope gala.
While McGraw belted out his hit "Something Like That," some people milled around, chatting loudly at the bar, and many more — including radio personality Curtis Sliwa — simply got up and left.
"Gosh, you’re quiet!" the gorgeous Hill said mildly after clapping her hands, dancing and whooping it up during her hubby’s song in a valiant attempt to rouse the dead. "I really embarrassed myself. I thought you all’d stand up."
When emcee Bob Costas auctioned off tickets to their sold-out Madison Square Garden concerts, one set of four all-access passes went for the $1,500 minimum, and the other — thanks to Joe Torre’s wife, Ali — went for an uncontested $2,000.
Meanwhile, America’s Mayor, Rudy Giuliani, got his Hall of Famers confused when he praised Michael Jordan for his work with the charities. That was Magic Johnson, your honor!
