Deputies arrived at their Wellington home around 7:15 p.m. to find the 40-year-old star, whose real name is Robert Van Winkle, on his motorcycle, two blocks from their home.
Back at the house on Trianon Place, Laura Van Winkle appeared uninjured and was less forthcoming, saying she did not want to deal with media attention but wants a divorce, according to a deputy's report. She said her husband had not hit or kicked her, but had pushed her.
"He started yelling at me for going out to buy a bedroom set. In front of my daughter," she told a deputy, the arrest report says. "I'm sorry I can't say any more until I talk to an attorney."
Her husband, in turn, told deputies that he and his wife had been arguing since the previous day.
He said his wife is bipolar and takes medication but still has irrational and argumentative episodes and had thrown a picture frame from a rear balcony to the ground, where it shattered near him and their 8- and 10-year-old children.
He denied pushing his wife, the report says. He said he left on his motorcycle so they could cool down.
I am sure we will hear more about this when he makes bail.

Mischa Barton spent the night in jail after being arrested for suspected DUI and driving without a valid license according to Hollyscoop. Barton was pulled over by cop in West Hollywood because she was straddling two lanes and not using her signal on a turn in West Hollywood at 3am. After the cop pulled her over he suspected that she was drinking and driving and brought her in where she was held on $10,000 bail until this morning according to The Smoking Gun. When are celebs going to learn not drink and drive, instead of learning how to make a pretty mug shot. Seriously that is the best picture I have seen of her in a long time.

Michelle Rodriquez starts her 6 month jail sentence |

Michelle Rodriguez turned herself in for her six month sentence a day before she was ordered to by the court according to Entertainment Tonight. Michelle will be spending Christmas and New Year's and July 4th at the Lynwood Jail. It is nice to Michelle Rodriguez finally wear some lipstick and smiling, sadly it was for her mug shot.

Kiefer Sutherland starts serving his sentence |

Kiefer Sutherland was sentenced to 48 days in jail for drunk driving yesterday. After he worked out a deal that he would serve his time at a private facility in Glendale he turned himself in according to Entertainment Tonight. A spokesperson for Glendale police said:
"Kiefer Sutherland will serve all 48 days of his sentence. He will be in a cell by himself. It is not because he is someone special, but because anyone sentenced to a long period of time is in a cell by themselves. Kiefer will be assigned to laundry detail and kitchen detail. He will be working while he is here. He was very humble, accepts full responsibility and is committed to doing 48 days."
Good for Kiefer, for handaling his time like a man and just going in and getting it over with. Even though he had the option to turn himself him in by the end of March he turned himself in yesterday, by doing so he will be spending his birthday, Christmas and New Year's in jail.

VH1’s Celebrity Rehab’s first failure |

American Idol's Jessica Sierra who took part in VH1's Celebrity Rehab was arrested again in Tampa from public drunkiness and resisting arrest according to WTVT.
According to the Tampa Police Department, when officers responded to a disturbance at the bar, they came into contact with Sierra, and she was asked to leave the bar.
When they got outside, officers say Sierra became combative, starting a verbal and physical disturbance with people outside the bar.
Officers say when they arrested her, she attempted to push away from the officers and flee the scene.
Sierra was charged with disorderly intoxication, resisting arrest, and violation of probation.
She is still in jail because she was violent around cops and she is being held with no bond. VH1's Celebrity Rehab just got hotter because now we know there is at least one failure.
BTW the black hair makes her look trashier don't you think?
