I guess rehab was so 2007 and DUI arrests are the new trend for 2008. How sad.

Mischa Barton spent the night in jail after being arrested for suspected DUI and driving without a valid license according to Hollyscoop. Barton was pulled over by cop in West Hollywood because she was straddling two lanes and not using her signal on a turn in West Hollywood at 3am. After the cop pulled her over he suspected that she was drinking and driving and brought her in where she was held on $10,000 bail until this morning according to The Smoking Gun. When are celebs going to learn not drink and drive, instead of learning how to make a pretty mug shot. Seriously that is the best picture I have seen of her in a long time.
