Capture Citizen Jane tonight on Hallmark!
September 12th, 2009 under Brat Pack, Hallmark, Meat Loaf/Jim Steinman, Sean Patrick Flanery. [ Comments: 1 ]

Tonight on Hallmark they are premiere the inspirational well-acted movie Citizen Jane. It is the story of a woman whose fiance’, unknowingly to her, killed her beloved aunt. In one day she lost the man she loved and the woman she loved like a mother and she makes it her personal mission to put the man away who took her away from her.
Ally Sheedy is so believable as the woman who solves her aunt’s murder with the help of a cop who never gave up and by reading the mystery novels her aunt loved so much. Meat Loaf is so good as cop, that part of me thinks that he might’ve made a wrong career choice but then if he had we never would have heard his powerful voice and that would be beyond awful. Sean Partick Flanery looks all nice on the outside in the movie, but you can see him as the evil killer that he plays in it.
The movie is so well done, that you never lose interest it and when the movie ends you can see that this can be made in to a series of movies for the network and you will really want to see more of them. In real life Jane Alexander went on to help other families solve the murders of their loved one. Sadly she died two days before production started and you know she will be watching this movie with her aunt in heaven enjoying it as much as I did and you will. So make sure to make sure to watch it tonight on Hallmark at 9p!

July 17th, 2009 under Meat Loaf/Jim Steinman. [ Comments: none ]

A1 Steak Sauce wants you to Sing For Your Beef! Just like Meat Loaf, they want you to upload a video on YouTube by August 23rd serenading them with your love of their sauce. How much would they love you to do that? The grand prize is a year of steaks and we all know how well (done) A1 and steak go! If you upload a video let me know!
BTW I understand they prob used Meat Loaf for his name you know because it has Meat in it, but I always thought he was a vegetarian? Just saying.

Total Eclipse of the Heart was literally ruined for me
June 1st, 2009 under Bonnie Tyler, Meat Loaf/Jim Steinman. [ Comments: none ]

Bonnie Tyler’s song and music video for Total Eclipse of the Heart was destroyed for me today when Dlisted posted this video of someone who changed the words of the song to be the literal version of what was going on in the video. While it will take me ages to once again listen to Jim Steinman’s song the same way, I have to admit I freaking loved what they did to the video. Seriously how brilliant is that?
I don’t how people have the time to come up with stuff like that, but I am so thankful they do!!!
BTW here is the original version of Total Eclipse of the Heart, which do you like better?

Meat Loaf gets the House treatment tonight!
April 6th, 2009 under Lisa Edelstein/Hugh Laurie/House, Meat Loaf/Jim Steinman. [ Comments: 1 ]

Meat Loaf guest stars on House tonight as a sick man who suddenly gets better as his wife gets worse. His wife needs a liver and Meat is willing to give it to her since he thinks he is going to die. But of course House figures out what is wrong with Meat and now a dying man is no longer doing so. Find out on Fox at 8p if he will give up his life to save his wife’s in an episode that is sure to make us cry and hopefully earn Meat Loaf an Emmy nom!!! I love Meat Loaf, so I am so excited for tonight’s episode!!!!
BTW here is a great bonus clip from tonight’s episode!!!

BTWF music videos: Angelina Jolie in Meatloaf’s Rock’N’Roll Dreams Come True
March 12th, 2009 under Angelina Jolie, Before They Were Famous, Brangelina, Meat Loaf/Jim Steinman. [ Comments: 3 ]

Before Angelina Jolie was the woman everyone Dreamed about, she was the runaway girl that made Meatloaf’s Rock’N’Roll Dreams Come True! Even back in 1983, the 18 year old was just as beautiful. Did she ever go through that awkward stage?
