Madame Tussauds in Berlin is expecting Donald Trump to lose today. Therefore, they threw his wax statue in a dumpster. They literally dumped Trump.
“Today’s activity is rather of a symbolic character ahead of the elections in the United States,” the museum’s marketing manager Orkide Yalcindag told Reuters. “We here at Madame Tussauds Berlin removed Donald Trump’s waxwork as a preparatory measure.”
Sadly, for all, this removal is only temporary. At some point, they will bring him back. They just didn’t say how or where they would put him. I think we all have some suggestions where they can put him.
Madame Tussauds London has some sad news for One Direction fans and they didn’t like hearing the new story of their statues life at the wax museum.
Madame Tussauds London announced that “Following One Direction’s 10th anniversary earlier this summer, the decision has been made to remove Harry, Liam, Zayn, Louis and Niall’s figures from the attraction floor at Madame Tussauds London.
“The figures have been an important part of the attraction since their launch in 2013 and we know fans have loved having the chance to ‘meet’ the band. With each member of the band’s continuing success in their solo careers we felt this anniversary was a fitting moment for the figures to bow out and end their tenure at the attraction as a five-piece.
“We are constantly updating what guests can expect to see at Madame Tussauds London, reacting to the celebrity landscape. The showbiz world is ever-changing, and so are we. Much like One Direction’s dedicated fan base, we’re keenly watching what the gentlemen have up their sleeves for the next decade.”
I am sure the life-size candles of Niall Horan, Liam Payne, Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, and Zayn Malik will be happy with TAFKAP Harry and Meghan Markle wax figures in the Broken Hearted room. That is what our hearts are when they break up.
The real Donald Trump will not wear a mask unless he is in a hospital. However, the one at Madame Tussauds New York dons one all the time. Too bad the fake one is a better human being than the real thing.
This is why I love being from NYC; this is an imaginative way to give a big FU to the former resident. May he enjoy living in Florida starting in January.
When it comes to Madame Tussauds in Manhattan, their doors are open. They just have one requirement, wear a mask!
Yesterday, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex announced that they were stepping back from the Royal family, and today Madame Tussauds in London did the same with their wax figures. Meghan Markle and Prince Harry used to stand next to Prince Phillip and Queen Elizabeth, but not anymore. Instead, there is an empty space where they used to be.
Don’t fear, their life-size candles will still be part of the museum. Steve Davies, General Manager of the branch told Metro, he does not know where their new home will be. However, he did reiterate that “they will, of course, remain an important feature at Madame Tussauds London.”
Kind of like their real life. They said on their website that, “The Duke and Duchess of Sussex will continue to use Frogmore Cottage – with the permission of Her Majesty The Queen – as their official residence as they continue to support the monarchy, and so that their family will always have a place to call home in the United Kingdom.”
Considering the rumor is that her grandson did not tell her that they were going to make the announcement before they did, the Queen can easily take it away from them. However, will she do that to grandson? Would anyone blame her if she did?
Even though the Jimmy Kimmel Live Studios are a block away from Madame Tussauds Hollywood, he did not get a wax statue until today.
Before it made its debut in the museum, Kimmel tested it out in his office. Did his co-workers believe it was him, or did they know it was a fake? Considering how they were all scared by it, I think we have our answer. Which makes you wonder what does he do to them that makes them so afraid of the ABC host?
At least, his cousin Micky has an excuse, he has been playing pranks on her and her mother, Aunt Chippy, all of his life. Hopefully, Aunt Chippy will scold her nephew for the way he keeps terrifying her daughter. He is so mean to her. Poor Cousin Micky!
