Lynda Carter is a wonder woman when responding to who’s the best Wonder Woman |
December 6th, 2022 under Lynda Carter. [ Comments: 1 ] |
Lynda Carter is trending on Twitter because a fan asked who is the better Wonder Woman. Is it her or Gal Gadot? When the actress found out about this, she Tweeted a response. “I see my name is trending today so I’m going to take this opportunity to say,” Carter wrote. “@GalGadot and I are part of a great sisterhood and I am so proud of her. No need to choose one Wonder Woman 😉” Because she is part of this special sisterhood, there was one more thing the star wanted to add. “Let’s stop pitting women against one another! We can be mentors, friends, sisters…” Amen! Not only did she play Wonder Woman, but she also embodies the character that made her forever a household name. In a world full of villains, be a Lynda Carter!

It’s Wonder Woman and Bionic Woman! |
May 19th, 2017 under 70s, Lynda Carter. [ Comments: none ] |

Back in the ’70s, little girls all over America looked up to two TV female characters and they were Wonder Woman and Bionic Woman. Yet, Diana Prince and Jamie Sommers only met in the comic books and never on the small screen. Now almost 40 years after that graphic novel series came out, the two women met at Paley Center’s Women in Television Gala.Even though Lynda Carter and Lindsay Wagner’s shows ended in the late ’70s and they are both in their mid-60’s, they still look like the Superheroes we know them to be. So much so, I don’t know why someone doesn’t turn those comics into a series with them reprising the roles that made them famous. I bet it would be a ratings hit!

Four of the greatest women to ever grace TV in one photo! |
May 18th, 2017 under Lynda Carter, Mariska Hargitay, Queer As Folk, Sharon Gless and Tyne Daly. [ Comments: none ] |

Yesterday, Women In TV were honored at event and we got an epic photo out of it. Law & Order: SVU’s Olivia Benson posed with Wonder Woman, Cagney and Lacey’s Sgt. Christine Cagney and The Good Wife’s Alicia Florrick aka Mariska Hargitay, Lynda Carter, Sharon Gless and Julianna Margulies. If you throw in Queer As Folk’s Debbie Novotny and ER’s Carol Hathaway, they each represent some of television’s most bad ass actresses for every decade since the ’70s. That is beyond impressive just like their careers. Plus, they are all absolutely gorgeous besides all being phenomenally talented.Don’t you just love this photo?

Lynda Carter can still do the Wonder Woman spin! |
April 4th, 2017 under DC Comics, Lynda Carter. [ Comments: 1 ] |
It might be over 40 years since Lynda Carter started the doing the Wonder Woman spin, but the 65 year old can still turn around better than anyone else can.
The actress was performing at the Catalina Jazz Club over the weekend, and her friend Joely Fisher captured her doing that magical twirl during the show. Only problem is, she stayed in her pants suit and didn’t change into her Wonder Woman costume. Something I am sure she still looks extremely hot in. Now back to her age, can you believe she is a senior citizen because she sure as heck doesn’t look anywhere close to that. Maybe there was something in that Amazonian water she was drinking back in the ’70s because she never ages.

Wonder Woman and Fergie sing Old Time Rock’n’Roll together! |
January 4th, 2017 under DC Comics, Fergie, Lynda Carter. [ Comments: none ] |
Lynda Carter and Fergie welcomed in the New Year together remembering some old times together. As in singing Bob Seger’s Old Time Rock’n’Roll together at NYE bash in Hawaii to raise money for Maui Food Bank.
Those two sexy empowering women need to go on tour together because they are hot hot hot together. Even Bob Seger was getting it up like it was Old Time Rock’n’Roll. Tom Cruise did his slide listening to it and crashed into the wall because he was so excited about it. It made London Bridges go down all over the World! It made men do the Wonder Woman spin over and over! Yeah, that WonderWomanFul!
Seriously, doesn’t Carter age backwards?
