Jimmy Kimmel does good for a kid with brain cancer |

Jimmy Kimmel has made several kids cry with some of the things he asked parents to do them, but yesterday a kid made him cry. A few weeks ago, the ABC late night show asked their viewers to have their children send in some of the Rainbow Looms that they have made, along with a video of them making it, so he could have a suit tailored from all of them. Jimmy Kimmel Live got thousands of Looms and plenty of videos, but their one that stood out to the soon-to-be-father for a third time.
The students at Arroyo Elementary School in Tustin, California told him that he had to meet their friend, SuperMax, who is working on a Loom project of his own. The 7 year old boy is fighting brain cancer and this weekend he has having a Loom-A-Thon at his school to make the longest Rainbow Loom Chain in the World. They are doing this to make people aware of his charity, Max Love Project. The mission of the Max Love Project is to, “provide families fighting childhood cancers and life-threatening conditions with accessible, practical, and kid-friendly whole-body wellness. Our ultimate goal is to support SuperKids in overcoming the odds—to thrive in treatment and beyond. We believe that all kids should have full access to every cancer-fighting tool available, including excellent nutrition and therapeutic resources such as acupuncture, physical activity, and healing narratives.”
Jimmy was so inspired by SuperMax that he is donating proceeds from the sale of the Suit of the Loom to the Max Love Project. You can bid on the Suit of Loom on eBay.
I don’t think that when Kimmel started this project, he knew he would be so touched by one kid’s story. But he was and so are we. So if you have any Looms in your house, please send them to SuperMax so that his Rainbow Loom Chain can be at least 200 miles long!

Yesterday on Jimmy Kimmel Live, one of Liam Neeson’s biggest fans came out to see his idol in person. The ABC late night host was so taken by him, that he made the guy stand up during the interview segment. So what did the nut job want from Qui-Gon Jinn? He wanted Neeson to threaten him like he has done in so many of his movie. Something the fan boy quickly regretted because the actor scared him so much he had to go home and change his wet pants.
Personally, I think this bit would’ve been even funnier if he would’ve soiled the back of his khakis instead of the front. But then again, I am sick like that!

Jimmy Kimmel is going to be on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Wednesday and he has some big news for her. His wife, Molly McNearney and him are expecting their first child together. This is the ABC late night’s host third kid, his first two kids are old enough to have their own babies since they are in their early 20’s.
Luckily for the future baby, Kimmel still is a kid at heart. That’s because he told Ellen that he wants the baby’s middle name to be Effin and, you know what, I think that is a totally awesome name. Use it between your first and last name and don’t tell me you are not thinking about going to the courthouse tomorrow to change your name.

Jonah Hill was a guest on Jimmy Kimmel Live yesterday and the ABC late night host wanted to know if that was him in that scene from The Wolf of Wall Street or did he pull Marky Mark ala Boogie Nights. Up until yesterday’s appearance, he hadn’t talked about if his pen!s made an appearance in the movie because he saved that answer for Kimmel.
The actor knew that scene was coming and he couldn’t wait to see the prosthetic the prop department got for him to wear in the movie. He was hoping for something impressive, but all he got was a crappy Dildo. So he wanted to know from director Martin Scorsese how it was going to work in the movie because it looked so bad in person. Scorsese assured him that they would fix it in post and as we know they did.
I wonder how many actors will be doing nude scenes thanks to much needed help from CGI!

June Squibb received her first Oscar nomination this year at the tender age of 84 for Best Supporting Actress in Nebraska. Well yesterday when she was on Jimmy Kimmel Live she made a video explaining to the Academy voters why she should win her the award; and if I could vote for her, I would. I sincerely think she made her case for the golden statuette, don’t you?
Tune into ABC on March 2nd to see if Oscar goes home with her or one of those younger and prettier ladies.
