Rebecca Romijn got the purrfect job! |

It is no secret that Rebecca Romijn and her husband Jerry O’Connell really love animals, so it makes sense that Hallmark Channel made her their Spokesperson of Adoption Ever After.
She and the network have joined together to get the word out about adopting pets from shelters. So many animals need a home, and you do not have to pay hundreds of dollars by buying one from a pet store. You can go to your local shelter and bring home your furbaby. One by one, you will be helping to cut down on the numbers of pet homelessness.
Romijn will join Happy the Dog and Happy the Cat, as they will promote the program with off-air elements, grassroots efforts, social media outreach and strategic corporate partnerships.
My sweet and lovable cat, who is the best thing that ever happened to me, was rescued from the LA Shelter the day before she was going to be put down. Therefore, I know how important it is to adopt don’t shop. Thus, I love that Hallmark Channel is doing this and that they made Romijn their Ambassador. I cannot think of a better person.
Think I am excited about all of this, not as excited as the actress. She wrote, “So thrilled about this I could cry. Thank you @hallmarkchannel.” If she does cry, good thing she has a lot of dogs and cats to lick off her tears. Another reason to bring one home today.

Jerry O’Connell makes out with a dead fish! |

Back in 2010, Jerry O’Connell had his pen!s bitten off by killer fish in Piranha 3D. Eight years later, he is finally getting his revenge on fishes. He showed them what it is like to have your head is someone else’s mouth. It does not look like fun, does it. Unlike what they did to him, he left their head on!
The other night when O’Connell was on Shark After Dark during Discovery’s Shark Week, he did things to a fish that I am only assuming he has done with his wife. Things that will make a person swear off of eating seafood forever. At least it did me.
I mean Frenching a raw fish’s head has to taste grosser than doing that other sexual thing you do with your mouth on a hot sweaty day. And I have not sworn off of doing that thing yet.
Anyways, here is a O’Connell story for you. Eight years ago, I went to a press screening of Piranha 3D, and then went watch a taping of Jimmy Kimmel Live from the green room with a friend. O’Connell was a guest on the show and he shook hands with everyone that was in that room before he did his interview. My friend and I could not stop laughing at him because it is hard to look in the eyes of the person who just his hot dog nibbled off of him. And yet that was not the most awkward meeting I had with a celebrity.

Jerry O’Connell is such a real man… |

When I think of a man’s man, I think of Jerry O’Connell. I am not alone because Bravo is thinking the same thing. So much so, they gave him his own late night talk show called Real Men Watch Bravo that will debut in the fall sometime.
The fat kid from Stand By Me will be joined by a panel of male celebrities, comics and tastemakers, and each episode they will talk about all things Bravo and pop culture from the male perspective.
The Real Housewives are not only watched by housewives, but their househusbands are watching the shows too. O’Connell and his panelists will make it OK to be a Bravoholic with a dick, therefore making the world a better place.
That and it is about time he had a talk show because he is such a natural at it!

Jerry O’Connell and Jim Parsons are becoming like brothers? |

Yesterday, while you, me and millions of other people tuned in to see Sheldon get married to Amy on The Big Bang Theory, neither Jim Parsons nor his TV brother Jerry O’Connell were watching it. What were Sheldon and Georgie Cooper doing that was so important that they would miss their own/brother’s wedding?
Parsons is on the other side of the country starring in The Boys in the Band with Matt Bomer, Zachary Quinto and Andrew Rannells for the next couple of months; and O’Connell went to see his little TV brother in the Broadway play that is being produced by Ryan Murphy.
When O’Connell got out of the show, he wrote, “OVERWHELMED by my baby brother @therealjimparsons in @boysbandbway. Go see this play this summer. Wow. Wow. Just wow. I LOVE YOU. 5 points.”
Who knew that by playing brothers, you actually become like brothers? Look how gosh darn precious they are together? Maybe the producers will bring him back on TBBT more often? Sheldon can use a lot more brotherly advice, now that Young Sheldon revealed that Shamy will have kids in the future. What did you think of that reveal?

A (rat) tale of two Georgie Coopers |
April 30th, 2018 under Chuck Lorre, Jerry O'Connell/Rebecca Romijn. [ Comments: none ]

This Thursday, Jerry O’Connell is going to make his debut as Georgie Cooper on The Big Bang Theory. A role that was originated earlier this year by Montana Jordan on Young Sheldon.
Wait, how can he do that? Isn’t there a 30-year age difference between the two actors? Well, there is also a 30-year age difference between the mothership and its spinoff.
Now that it all makes sense, let’s talk about how much the two of them look alike. So much so, Jordan now knows what he will look like when he is in mid-forties. Although, we knew what O’Connell looked like as a teen and he did not look like that. So maybe not.
Anyways, I cannot wait to see O’Connell in his mullet this Thursday at 8p on CBS. Not only will he be on the sitcom this week, he will also be on it next week too to see his TV brother get married in the season finale.
Back to the Georgies, O’Connell had this to say about his younger self, “I cannot express how cool @jordan.montana and his family are. It was an honor to bring HIS Georgie to screen! This THURSDAY 2 Georgie’s better than one. @bigbangtheory_cbs @youngsheldoncbs.” Hopefully, Jordan took a lesson from O’Connell on how to be one of the nicest people in Hollywood. A trait that will most definitely help in the far future when Young Sheldon becomes too old for TV. Like I said far future.
