I can’t blame them! Target has everything you need and it is cheap! Plus with Rachel’s career going the way it is she needs to save as much money as she can!

Fox has faith in Justice, but does not in ‘Til Death. |

Fox is showing faith in its struggling rookie drama "Justice," ordering three additional scripts of the legal series. Meanwhile, another underperforming new Fox series, comedy " ‘Til Death," is getting a longer downtime than originally planned. The legal drama from Jerry Bruckheimer TV and Warner Bros. TV has failed to gain traction with viewers so far, regularly finishing fourth in its Wednesday 9 p.m. slot. The sleek legal drama starring Victor Garber is pre-empted this week with a repeat of "House" airing in its time period.

I don’t have a lot of faith in script orders from Fox because last year they did the same thing with Reunion and then they cancelled it. When it comes to ‘Til Death the show has really grown on me. Sadly it does not have a chance against Ugly Betty, just like The OC has no chance against Grey’s and CSI.
UPDATE: Brad Garrett thinks he is still he is star he was on Everybody Loves Raymond
Fox’s underperforming new sitcom "’Til Death" will stay off the air for an extra week because star Brad Garrett was unhappy with the show’s most recent script, sources said. The comedy was already taking a one-week production hiatus. It has faced an uphill battle in the Thursday 8 p.m. slot, which is dominated by CBS’ "Survivor" and ABC’s rookie hit "Ugly Betty."Garrett, former Emmy-winning co-star of "Everybody Loves Raymond," plays a grumpy married man.

What a jerk, now I am over him on the show.

Prison Break actresses making a break to other shows |

Prison Break is going through Maricruzes like I go through cases of Diet Raspberry Snapple! As I teased in this week’s Ask Ausiello, PB producers have recast the role of Sucre’s romantically-conflicted girlfriend for the second time in a year. Six Feet Under alum Melissa Marsala has been tapped as Maricruz No. 3, replacing Maricruz No. 2, Camille Guaty, who escaped to star on ABC’s The Nine. Considering that Maricruz No. 1, Nadine Velazquez, split for a regular role on My Name is Earl, it’s probably a safe bet that a big network show is in Marsala’s future. (I hereby nominate J.Lo for Maricruz No. 4!) In the meantime, look for M 3 to debut shortly after PB makes its post-World Series return on Oct. 23. Frakkin’ baseball.

Bet’cha the actress who finally does play the role will become a big star and the others will go no where. Karma has that way of finding you.

Tweaking the fall lineup as baseball playoffs take control of the network’s air, Fox is shuffling the schedules of freshman shows Happy Hour and Justice, while two others, Til Death and Standoff, are taking a week-long break from production. Happy Hour is being preempted this Thursday by a repeat episode of it’s lead-in, ‘Til Death. A repeat of ‘Til Death will also bump a planned repeat of Happy Hour’s pilot this Sunday. Click here! In an attempt to get Justice out of the way of the third-season premiere of ABC’s Lost, will not air next week, the new courtroom drama will be replaced replaced by a repeat episode of House. The schedules of ‘Til Death and Standoff have not changed, but both shows are taking a break from production. Fox starts its fall season several weeks earlier than other networks, meaning that production teams are often racing to keep the pipeline filled. In the case of ‘Til Death and Standoff, the production pause is described as a “writers’ break". Studio 20th Century Fox Television says Standoff will be suspended for a week and half as it brings in writer Tim Minear as a "consulting producer" , to help energize the show, though Craig Silverman remains the show runner. Fox’s new shows have been far from electrifying. They debuted in August, while rival broadcasters have been in reruns. Credit Suisee media analyst William Drewry says that since NBC, ABC, CBS and The CW have put on fresh shows, the ratings for Fox shows have fallen 20-35%.

I acutally like these shows! ‘Til Death was just staring to grow on me and Standoff is a fun show.
