Today is Bruno Tonioli’s 63rd birthday. You would never know it by just looking at this photo of the Dancing with the Stars judge doing his best Tom Cruise in Risky Business. He looks younger than Cruise did when he made that movie 35 years ago. Seriously, how can be 2 years from becoming a senior citizen looking like that?
Most people, who believe in conspiracy theories, believe the government is behind John F. Kennedy’s assassination and 9/11. Or that Marilyn Monroe was killed by the Kennedys. Not me. My conspiracy theories are related to reality shows.
Last night, underdog Bobby Bones, a radio DJ from Nashville, won Dancing with the Stars, Neil Patrick Harris, the fans and me, disagree with that choice. NPH and I wanted Milo Manheim to win. Me because I love his movie Z-O-M-B-I-E-S, NPH, I do not know why.
Anyways, here is my theory why he won. Bones is joining American Idol in the spring as a mentor to the finalists. Therefore, ABC wanted him to win because it would be better to promote the winner of DWTS is doing AI than the runnerup that most viewers don’t know. Who listens to radio anymore?
Last week, it was revealed that Nancy McKeon was going to be on Dancing with the Stars. Yesterday, they announced that Z-O-M-B-I-E-S’ Milo Manheim, Camryn Manheim’s son, would come alive on the dancefloor. Today, on GMA we found out who else is competing on the 27th season of the ABC dancing competition show that debuts on Septmeber 24th.
* Alexis Ren with Alan Bersten
* Bobby Bones with Sharna Burgess
* Danelle Umstead with Artem Chigvintsev
* DeMarcus Ware with Lindsay Arnold
* Evanna Lynch with Keo Motsepe
* Joe “Grocery Store Joe” Amabile with Jenna Johnson
* John Schneider with Emma Slater
* Juan Pablo Di Pace with Cheryl Burke
* Mary Lou Retton with Sasha Farber
* Milo Manheim with Witney Carson
* Nancy McKeon with Val Chmerkovskiy
* Nikki Glaser with Gleb Savchenko
* Tinashe with Brandon Armstrong
Is it just me or does it seem like they are running out of “stars”? My prediction on the first one out is John Schneider because Bo Duke does not seem very light on his feet. When it comes to the winner, I am rooting for Manheim because I loved Z-O-M-B-I-E-S. If you have not seen it, you must watch it in on the Disney Channel app.
So if you do not know most of those names like me, then to get their bios click here!
For years, Nancy McKeon has been out of the spotlight, but not anymore. Good Morning America revealed that she will be on the upcoming season of Dancing with the Stars. Her partner is the recently engaged Val Chmerkovskiy.
She is the second actress from The Facts of Life to appear on the dancing competition show. The first was Kim Fields. Tootie saw her career have a jumpstart after she was on DWTS and hopefully the same will be said about McKeon.
Can you believe she is 52 because she looks even better now than when she was on the classic sitcom?
Can you guess who has my vote? McKeon of course. I cannot be the only girl who did not want to be Jo when she grew up. I still want to be here. Us Bronx girls stick together.
Who will she be competing against? The full DWTS cast will be announced next Wednesday on GMA and season 22 will debut September 24th on ABC.
We are used to seeing Carrie Ann Inaba made up to the nines for Dancing with the Stars, and now she is showing us what she looks like when she is not in the ballroom. Gone is all of that makeup and now we see her fresh face with her new blonde hair.
Does that fresh face look like it is attached to a 50-year-old woman? No, it does not! Which makes me want to take up dancing because I bet you that is her secret to the fountain of youth.
