Ringo Starr cancels his tour due to another bout with COVID-19 |

Almost two weeks ago, Ringo Starr cancelled several dates because he tested positive for COVID-19. But then he got better and hit the road again.
However, today, the 82-year-old had a sad announcement for his fans, “I’m sure you’ll be as surprised as I was I tested positive again for Covid the rest of the tour is off I send you peace and love Ringo. 😎✌️🌟❤️🎶🎵🍒🥦🌈☮️”
Before you get too worried for the youngest and oldest Beatle, he only had five dates left, and the tour was going to end on the 20th in Mexico City. So, it makes sense. He needs to rest up and get better so that he can twist and shout again!
And chances are, his second bout with COVID-19 is probably related to taking Paxlovoid if he took it. Sadly, that is a side effect of the drug.

Believe it or not, Ryan Seacrest has never caught COVID-19…until now. The host called into Live with Kelly and Ryan today and told Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos that he tested positive a few days ago.
He described his symptoms as a sore throat, chills, and aches. And thinks he is on the other side of it.
However, Kelly suggested that he take a hot, hot, hot bath with Epsom salt and an entire bottle of hydrogen peroxide. Then her real husband said to her TV husband, “But if you do that, then the carpet might not match the drapes.” To which Seacrest said that isn’t high on his list of priorities now.
And now I have that image stuck in my head. Does anyone know if extreme nausea is a symptom of coronavirus because I suddenly feel the need the hurl?

Ringo Starr tests positive for COVID-19, cancels concerts |

Ringo Starr is on tour, but he is forced to take a break because he tested positive for COVID-19.
“It has been confirmed today that Ringo has Covid and the tour will be on hold while Ringo recuperates,” the statement reads. “Ringo hopes to resume as soon as possible and is recovering at home. As always, he and the All Starrs send peace and love to their fans and hope to see them back out on the road soon. We will keep fans updated with any further news or changes.”
The 82-year-old cancelled two shows over the weekend, and today he cancelled six more shows.
Hopefully, the youngest and oldest Beatle will be better soon and back on the road. Although, I can’t imagine still touring at 82. Heck, I have to be dragged out of bed to go see a concert.

On Tuesday night, Lea Michele began her first appearance as Fanny Brice in Funny Girl on Broadway. And yesterday, she announced that she was cancelling her first show of many.
UNFORTUNATELY. I HAVE OFFICIALLY
TESTED POSITIVE FOR COVID. IN FOLLOWING PRODUCTION PROTOCOLI CANNOT RETURN TO THE THEATER FOR 10 DAYS.
THANKFULLY STAYING HOME TODAY AND CATCHING THIS EARLY PROTECTED SO MANY MEMBERS OF OUR COMPANY FROM BEING EXPOSED.
FUNNY GIRL HAS BEEN AND STILL IS TACKLING A TREMENDOUS WAVE OF COVID WITH CLOSE TO A DOZEN COMPANY
MEMBERS CURRENTLY OUT. WE ARE ALMOST ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THIS AND OUR SWINGS AND UNDERSTUDIES ARE DOING SUCH AN INCREDIBLE JOB TO KEEP OUR SHOW ON ITS FEET.
THIS WEEK HAS BEEN A DREAM COME TRUE AND I CANNOT WAIT TO GET BACK – YOU BETTER GET READY. SEE YOU SOON.
According to the show’s social media, the extraordinary understudy “Julie Benko will be performing the role of Fanny Brice for all performances through Sunday, September 18th.”
Personally, I wish they would just Benko the role. She has earned it, and the audience loves her.

Drake has that COVID bling |

Drake doesn’t like to do anything one time, so he got COVID-19 again.
“I am truly devastated to say that I tested positive for Covid,” he wrote. “I hope everyone stays safe and healthy and I love you all I am so sorry for letting you down on our weekend
together and the moment I test negative I will give you everything I got on stage (except the Covid).”
At least he still has his sense of humor. Hopefully, that is a sign his symptoms are mild, and he will be better soon.
