The other woman in Christie Brinkley’s divorce feud may be laying low right now – but she’s ready to tell all. Diana Bianchi, 19, will spill the beans about her adulterous affair with the 52-year-old supermodel’s philandering husband, Peter Cook, if the divorce ends up in court, the teen’s lawyer said. "If she’s called to testify, she’ll testify truthfully," attorney Joseph Tacopina said. "She’s trying to stay under the radar and not have this be her badge of notoriety. It’s hard. She’s still young, and she’s trying to get on with her life. "[But] if it proceeds to litigation, I’m sure she’ll be perceived as a material witness." Bianchi claims Cook, 47, an architect, gave her a job and then seduced her. Her lawyer said she is refusing to rule out a sexual harassment claim against her former lover. "We’re still considering it," Tacopina said. "We’re considering all options." Cook is keen to avoid facing Bianchi or Brinkley in court. "We’re going to try to avoid court and try to settle the case," said his attorney, David Aronson.

She is smart to not wanting this to be her badge of notoriety, but too late.

Christie Brinkley files for divorce
September 14th, 2006 under Christie Brinkley, Divorce. [ Comments: none ]

Christie Brinkley and Cook lasted 10 years before his Diana Bianchi affair. Christie Brinkley is pulling the plug on her marriage to fourth husband Peter Cook, preparing to file divorce papers against the amorous architect who broke her supermodel heart by cheating with an 18-year-old aspiring singer, The Post has learned. Brinkley’s high-powered divorce lawyer, Eleanor Alter, has told Cook’s lawyer, Norman Sheresky, to expect the legal papers that will set their split into motion, sources said yesterday. The move comes three months after Brinkley was stunned to learn that Cook, 47, had cavorted over the past year with teen temptress Diana Bianchi, who worked at his Hamptons architectural firm. It also sets the stage for a possible war over the estimated $60 million in real estate the couple jointly own. "No comment," said Cook when a reporter caught up with him in Midtown yesterday afternoon and asked his reaction to the planned divorce. "I don’t comment on my family life, thank you." Last month, the 52-year-old Brinkley filed a "summons with notice" in Suffolk County Court in Riverhead that laid the groundwork for a divorce from the caddish Cook. But the "Uptown Girl" held off serving divorce papers on Cook, with whom she has an 8-year-old daughter, Sailor Lee. Cook also is the adoptive father of her 11-year-old son, Jack Paris. In late July, Cook tried to convince the legendary model not to call it quits on their decade-long marriage, telling The Post through his matrimonial lawyer, "I love my wife. I have loved her since the day I met her. . . . For a lifetime I’ve tried to prove how much I love her." "This is an aberration," Cook said then. "I’m sorry. I’m contrite. I’m stupid. Foolish. No excuse." Cook’s lawyer, Sheresky, added at that time, "He hopes there’s no divorce." "If she wants one – and he certainly hopes this doesn’t happen, but if – it will not be nasty. She can have whatever she wants." Before this summer, Brinkley and Cook had what seemed to be a fairy-tale marriage, and were considered one of the Hamptons’ power couples.

Took her long enough

A suddenly teary Christie Brinkley has taken a preliminary step in divorcing her philandering hubby – though she may be wavering on going through with a permanent split, the Daily News has learned. The cover girl queen filed a "summons with notice" against Peter Cook, laying the foundation for divorce proceedings, according to the Riverhead County Court Clerk’s office on Long Island. But she hasn’t given the court the green light to deliver the summons, said Cook’s lawyer, Norman Sheresky."He hasn’t been served and I don’t think there are any plans to serve him. This matter is on hold," said Sheresky, adding, "how long it is on hold is up to Ms. Brinkley."The leggy looker filed the summons last Monday, court records reveal, weeks after she learned her 47-year-old husband had bedded his 19-year-old assistant, Diana Bianchi.

We hear some Southampton High School classmates of Cook’s 19-year-old mistress, Diana Bianchi, may reveal E-mails that are said to show she’s not exactly a teen angel. "Diana had a thing for some of the school’s jocks and she made it clear in these E-mails that she didn’t want other girls going near them," says a source.Bianchi’s lawyer, Joe Tacopina, says, "We’re not going to respond to all her high school friends. Diana didn’t invite this."The raven-haired temptress does beckon guys to write her on her personal page. Besides showing off her knockout bod in a bikini, she identifies her ethnicity as "Asian/Pacific Islander, Hispanic/Latino, White." Interests: "Cookin’, dancing, singing." Income: "$75,000-$100,000." Hmmm."If you wanna get to know me," writes Bianchi, "It’s cool, hit me up ‘n’ we’ll see what happens."

Peter Cook’s affair puts a girl through college
August 1st, 2006 under Christie Brinkley. [ Comments: none ]

PETER Cook’s slimy seduction of 19-year-old Diana Bianchi has a silver lining for another college-age cutie. Fawn Gettling, a video studies major at the Art Institute of New York City, was forced to drop out when she ran out of tuition money – but before she quit, she produced a student documentary on then-unknown Bianchi’s struggle with anorexia and bulimia. When the Cook scandal broke, Gettling knew what she had and quickly peddled her golden footage to "Entertainment Tonight," "The Insider," "Inside Edition" and "The Cosby Report." That made her enough moolah to resume her studies. "She was in the right place at the right time – but she also has real talent because her film was shown at the Hamptons Film Festival two years ago," said school flack Midge Elias. Meanwhile, those who want to punish Cook for cheating on Christie Brinkley should check out’s kitschy video game, Whack-A-Hamptonite. It lets players bonk the pop-up heads of Cook, Brinkley and Samantha Cole with the click of a mouse.
