We were told that Ted Lasso’s third season would be its last one. But then they changed their minds. So, Apple TV picked it up for a fourth season, and now we know what to expect from the new episodes.
Ted returns to Richmond, taking on his biggest challenge yet: coaching a second division women’s football team. Throughout the course of the season, Ted and the team learn to leap before they look, taking chances they never thought they would.
Jason Sudeikis (Lasso) will be joined again by Hannah Waddingham, Juno Temple, Brett Goldstein, Brendan Hunt, and Jeremy Swift, alongside four new cast members: Tanya Reynolds, Jude Mack, Faye Marsay, Rex Hayes, Aisling Sharkey, Abbie Hern, and Grant Feely.
The series is filming now, and it is expected to return this summer.
Shrinking is back with a new season tomorrow, but today, the cast and crew found out the season finale was not a series finale. That is because Apple TV picked it up for a fourth season.
Is the news a surprise? Not at all. That is because the series, which stars Harrison Ford, Jason Segel, Christa Miller, Jessica Williams, Luke Tennie, Michael Urie, Lukita Maxwell, and Ted McGinley, is so brilliantly done that you cannot help but to love it.
The show that follows the lives of three therapists and their loved ones as they navigate this crazy thing called life. They are there for each other in the good times and the bad ones. Because with friends like them, who needs family?
If you have not seen Shrinking yet, watch it now before the season 3 premiere. I know several people who subscribe to Apple TV just for this Bill Lawrence dramedy.
Apple TV had a little belated Christmas present for us. What did they get us? The trailer for Shrinking’s season 3 is one of the best things I got for the holiday!
How does the show keep getting better and better with each episode? I don’t know, and I don’t care, as long as it does. So, I can’t wait to see how they top themselves starting on January 28th.
Why do we have to wait that long? Can they move it up to January 1st? I need it sooner than that. And it is all about me and my needs! Don’t tell me I need therapy because, like Brian, I was told I didn’t need it by multiple therapists.
I don’t know about you, but I have been waiting to see what happens next on Shrinking after that tear-jerking season finale.
Today, Apple TV revealed that the therapists are back for 11 sessions starting on January 28th.
This time around Jason Segel, Harrison Ford, Christa Miller, Jessica Williams, Luke Tennie, Michael Urie, Lukita Maxwell, Ted McGinley, Brett Goldstein, Wendie Malick, will be joined by Damon Wayans Jr., Cobie Smulders, Jeff Daniels, Candice Bergen, and Michael J. Fox.
And that is pretty much all we know about what we can expect from the upcoming season. That, and we will need tissues.
For years, fans have been wanting Scrubs to check back in with new episodes, and ABC said they are finally making that happen. However, I never believe it is happening until it happens.
Today, it was confirmed that it is happening because Zach Braff, Donald Faison, Sarah Chalke, Judy Reyes, John C. McGinley, and producer Bill Lawrence showed up for their first table read for the sequel!
Looking at them in this photo, it is hard to believe it has been 15 years since their show ended because they look just as close and like they have not aged a day since the series finale!
