Before James Holzhauer was on an unbelievable winning streak on Jeopardy, he broke two records on The Chase. He looks the same now as he did when he was 30 in that 2014 episode.

BTWF: Tim Conway for Laub bread
May 14th, 2019 under Before They Were Famous. [ Comments: none ]

Before Tim Conway was making the world laugh on The Carol Burnett Show, he was making them laugh in Cleveland selling Laub bread. Even at 24 back in 1960, he knew how to make us laugh with comedic brilliance.

BTWF: Rick Springfield in Zoot
May 14th, 2019 under Before They Were Famous, Rick Springfield. [ Comments: none ]

Before Rick Springfield had several #1 hits on his own, he was the guitarist in the band Zoot. How trippy is it to see the then 20-year-old play guitar the same way in 1970 as he does today? I totally recognized his distinctive arm movement when just that body part of his was on camera. What does that say about me? That I have seen him perform way too many times in concert and in the movie Hard to Hold.

BTWF: Bernie Sanders on Bernie Speaks with the Community
May 9th, 2019 under Before They Were Famous, Comedy Central, Politics. [ Comments: none ]

Before Bernie Sanders was running for President of the United States, he was the mayor of Burlington, Vermont hosting a public access show called Bernie Speaks with the Community. As Trevor Noah said, he looks the same now as he did when he was 46 in those 1987 episodes.

Now, let’s talk about how Trevor Noah reviewed these episodes on The Daily Show yesterday. I have not laughed that hard in a really long time. However, I do not know if I was laughing with Noah, at Bernie or with both. All I know is it what I needed!!!

BTWF: Tyler James Williams on Sesame Street
May 8th, 2019 under Before They Were Famous, Sesame Street/Muppets. [ Comments: none ]

Before Tyler James Williams could not find a reason to celebrate on Go On, he was celebrating Kwanzaa on Sesame Street. How cute was the 7-year-old in that 2000 episode?
