Remember Corey Clark from American Idol 2, who was forced to drop out of the competition because he had a court date for allegedly attacking his younger sister and then later claimed to have had an affair with Paula Abdul? Well he is back in the news for getting arrested in Little Rock, Arkansas for drug charges and an outstanding warrant for his in arrest in Arizona according to AP.
The good thing I can say about Corey Clark is that he knows how to give a good mug shot and that we are not remembering him for his GA singing.

Al Gore's son Al Gore III was arrested overnight after being pulled for driving his Prius 100 MPH on the 405 in Orange County, Ca and when the cop smelled his breath he smelled marijuana according to Reuters. The cop then searched the car and found less than an ounce of marijuana and several prescription drugs for ADD, Xanax, Valium, Vicodin and Adderall, none of which he had a prescription for. The bail was set for $20,000 and he was finally released after noon today. Can you imagine when they told Al Gore, who is very busy begging stars to be part of Live Earth the news…The Good news is your son was driving a Prius….The bad news is he was arrested…

Lily Allen was arrested for an incident she had with a photographer back in March according to The Daily Telegraph. A Scotland Yard official confirmed the arrest, "At 9.30am yesterday, a 21-year-old woman attended a central London police station by appointment. She was arrested in connection with an allegation of assault. She has been bailed to return on a date in late July." Could you imagine if she did time over this and Pete Doherty is still free. Kristy Swanson arrested for attacking her boyfriend’s ex-wife |

|  Kristy Swanson was arrested for allegedly assaulting her boyfriend's ex wife yesterday in front of his children. Swanson confirmed the arrest to People, "I had to go the police station where I had an appointment at 9 p.m. to begin the process of being arrested." Swanson said that she attacker her first and plans on pressing charges. His ex-wife responded by saying, "Why have I not been charged?" Lloyd Eisler left his pregnant wife for Swanson after meeting her on Skating with Celebrities. If his ex-wife attacked Swanson, who would blame her? The only question, is what took her so long?

Paris Hilton goes from the MTV Movie Awards to jail |

Paris Hilton's lawyer Richard A Hutton announced that Paris has turned herself in and has started serving her time in jail. She issued the floowing statement:
"I am ready to face the consequences of violating probation. During the past few weeks I have had a lot of time to think and have come to realize I made some mistakes," stated Paris Hilton. "This is an important point in my life and I need to take responsibility for my actions. In the future, I plan on taking more of an active role in the decisions I make. I want to thank my family, friends and fans for their continued support. Although I am scared, I am ready to begin my jail sentence."
Paris being Paris went to the MTV Movie Awards before going over to her parents house and then to turn herself into jail. TMZ chronicled Paris's last few minutes of freedom, "It didn't go down at the jail. Paris' mega-lawyer, Richard Hutton, picked her up at her parents' house at 10:30 PM. Hilton, Hutton, mom Kathy and sister Nicky then drove to the Men's Central Jail in downtown Los Angeles — commonly referred to as the Twin Towers — where Paris officially surrendered to the L.A. County Sheriff to begin her 23-day sentence. The Sheriff devised the plan of surrendering miles away from the actual where Paris will be doing time because the crush of paparazzi at the jail created a potential safety hazard. Paris was then driven to the jail in Lynwood where she is now serving her sentence." TMZ also has video video of her leaving her parents' house. You have to give her credit for going out in style by going to the MTV Movie Awards. I seriously thought she was going to wait until 11:59p on June 5th. I wonder will her sentence start on June 2nd or June 3rd? Because isn't that like cheating a day by checking in at 10:30p?
I wonder will jail change Paris Hilton's attitude about life and make her less superficial about things?
UPDATE: Yesterday counted and her expected release date is June 26th, so 22 days and counting…
