|  Valerie Bertinelli/Facebook Valerie Bertinelli never seems to age. Don’t believe me. Look at this empowering photo she shared of herself in just her underwear.
Along with the bathroom selfie, she wrote: “At some point I will talk about the madness my body has been through this year. But right now every lump bump wrinkle and saggy part of me just feels acceptance and simple appreciation to be standing in front of a mirror in a hotel bathroom in downtown Manhattan ready to color my roots late on a Monday night.”
Can you believe she will become a senior citizen in April? I don’t. The actress looks amazing, and it is mostly because she is comfortable in her skin. And she wants others to feel the same way.

Niecy Nash and her wife, Jessica Betts, spent some time at a spa to relax.
While she was there, she wore barely any makeup and a one-piece bathing suit. She looked so youthful that I can’t believe she was 54 years old. Can you believe it?

Rock Springfield has been performing in concerts since around 1975. Now that he is 75, he has no plans of slowing down.
And neither does his body. Over the weekend, the singer did one of his jumps during a concert, and that is a move most people who are 3/4 of century can do. Heck, men half his age can barely get out of bed without wincing. And he is jumping several feet up into the air without any problems.
When he started singing Celebrate Youth in ’85, he meant that he will always be celebrating it! And that is what we should all be doing. Something I will be doing after I take my bath with Epsom salt, Tylenol for arthritis, and my mid-morning nap. Oy!

Reba McEntire is filming The Voice and Happy’s Place simultaneously for NBC, so she needs to keep her energy up.
How is she doing it? She is doing push-ups with straight legs. At any age, that is impressive. However, she is 69, and that makes me admire the Country singer even more. Because I can’t even do one, and she did five without any problems.
Even Gwent Stefani, Snoop Dogg, and Michael Bublé were bowing down to the Queen! Long live the Queen.

On Wednesday, Anson Williams turned the big 7-5. However, you would not know it by looking at Potsie Webber without a shirt.
What is his secret? “A wonderful partner who inspires and believes in me. A partner who fires me up to be better, love better, and to keep climbing to the top of mountains,” he wrote about his happy days. “This year has been the most productive and successful time of my life. I’m hoping that this post and picture inspires all that there is no age limit to a great life with the right soul mate.”
Maybe there is still hope for me! Probably not, but it gives me hope. Does it give you hope too?
