President Joe Biden is going to appear in an NBC interview before the Super Bowl on Sunday. And his brand new puppy Commander is going to make his debut during the more important game with his mother, First Lady Jill Biden.
Together the two of them are going to be on Puppy Bowl XVIII with a special message about love the day before Valentine’s Day. “Valentine’s Day is one of my favorite holidays because it is all about love,” FLOTUS said. “What’s so wonderful about having pets is that they bring us unconditional love, joy, and comfort every day.”
That they are. And I am so grateful that we have a dog and a cat in the White House again. It says a lot about a person if they own a pet and how they treat them. The Bidens are very loving to their fur babies, and they are running the country the same way.
Puppy Bowl XVIII airs on Animal Planet and Discovery+ on Sunday. Who cares about Rams and Bangles when you have puppies? Go puppies!
Jerry O’Connell spent the weekend with several bitches and I am not talking about Hollywood actresses who will remain nameless. He spent Saturday and Sunday with several female dogs in heat who will be participating in the annual AKC National Championship.
O’Connell is going from behind the scenes to hosting the AKC National Championship Dog Show on Animal Planet New Year’s Day. While we are getting out of our tuxes, he will be getting into one.
I cannot think of a better person to be going dog wild with all of those pure breeds than the man that owns four of his own. I mean look at his face with all of those pooches, he is in dog heaven.

Franchesca is an Angora Rabbit, and she has the Longest Fur for a Rabbit. How long? The two year’s old fur is 36.5 cm (14.37 inches) long. According to Guinness, that is the size of two length wise subway sandwiches. Imagine being the owner who has to groom all of that fur on the Best In Show Winner? To make matters worse for Dr Better Chu, Franchesca is the mother to 4 babies who look just like her when she was younger. So her record might not be long, like her fur, for the world because one of her offsprings might knock her out of book.
Now back to Franchesca, I wish someone who would make a stuffed animal of her, for her rabbit, I mean, rabid fans. Seriously, isn’t that fur ball just bunnderful?
