Here is some news that will surprise no one, Fox picked up The Masked Singer for a fourth season. According to Deadline, they are hoping to go back into production in August.

I am beginning to think that production will be able to restart by then, but I doubt they will be able to do it with an audience. Since they play a part in who gets an eliminated, it will be interesting what Fox does with that roadblock.

Remember when Miley Cyrus twerked for Robin Thicke at the VMA awards and everyone could not stop talking about it? Well, turns out it is really Thicke who knows how to move it in the ocean. The other night, he jumped on the piano and gave the audience, as he calls it, “Motion Thickeness.” Who knew he could do all of that with his hips? His fiancee is a lucky woman!

If the Masked Singer’s ratings ever drop, then they should make the Blurred Lines singer earn his paycheck and dance for his dollars.

Robin Thicke and his fiancee April Love Geary welcome their second child together, his third, today. The proud pop announced the happy news by writing, “Lola Alain Thicke was born this morning 2/26/19 at 8:21 am. Thank you God and April Love for this blessing!” Lola is the baby sister to Julian, 8, and Mia Love, 1.

She arrived three days before her late grandfather’s birthday. While they might not have the same birthdate, she was named after him.

This couple has had their ups and downs over the last year. They lost their house in the Woolsey fire, got engaged, he is part of a successful television show and they welcomed another daughter. They have certainly come out of the ashes for the better.

Alan Thicke and Gloria Loring might have named their son Robin, but maybe they should have gone with pigeon instead. That is because a pigeon was grooving to Blurred Lines in NYC. In fact, the bird even moved liked the singer does in the video. Which makes you wonder of Thicke moves more like a robin or a pigeon? I am thinking the latter.

When is someone going to give the two street performers a contract because I would pay to see them live?

Tonight at 9p, The Masked Singer will grace the airwaves on Fox. It is the strangest singing competition you have ever seen. Yet it is actually really enjoyable.

It is not full of people vying for a record contract. It is not celebrities singing as other singers. It is not celebrities trying to pretend they can sing when they can’t. It is twelve celebrities in full-body costumes and we have to guess who they are. They are Grammy winners, Emmy winners and pro-athletes. That is all we know about them.

Each week they will compete and we get a new clue to who they are under all of that fabric that covers their bodies from head to toe. They will perform, in groups of 2, a song in front of a live audience and panelists, Jenny McCarthy, Nicole Scherzinger, Ken Jeong and Robin Thicke, and host Nick Cannon. After they are done, the panelists will ask them some questions to see if maybe they can guess what is their identity.

After each group of 2 performs, the audience and the panelists decide who they want to keep around. At the end of the night, the bottom person of each group will face another vote and the lowest scoring person goes home. This will keep on going until there is one.

Fox is so secretive about who is on the show, that they even blurred and bleeped out the losing contestants face and name on the two screener episodes they sent out. Thus, I don’t even know who they are. I think the person eliminated next week might be Tracy Morgan, but who knows, it can be anyone.

Although, wait until you hear the A-list celebrities they think are under the suits. They actually believe that Barack Obama might be one of the singers. Seriously, that is what he is going to do with his spare time? I think I am more on point when I tell you I think that La Toya Jackson is one of the competitors. That makes more sense, right?

Like I said, this is a show unlike any other. It so out there, that is truly enjoyable. It is like what did I smoke and can I have more of it. Who doesn’t need more of that these days?
