 OMG, yesterday I went and saw Everyone Stares: The Police Inside Out at the The Egypitain Theater in Hollywood and I all I have to say is the documentary rocked! I am a die hard Police fan for as long as I can remember and was actually a little bit nervous what I might learn about them from Stewart Copeland’s home videos. I am not a lover of Sting and thought after this movie I will dislike him more. I coul dnot have been more wrong all the way arounf. It was a happy feel good documentary that makes you want to become a tour mananger and go on the road with a band. Even if you do not know who The Police are, tune into Showtime on Sunday night at 8:30p to watch one of the funnest documentaries about a band ever!
But back to the band, Andy Summers is the most adorable rock star ever. You just want to reach through the screen and squeeze his cheeks! I loved The Police before yesterday and now I love them even more!
Now if only one day Sting will get off his high horse and do one reunion tour with The Police I will be the happiest girl. They are the only band I would pay 4 digits to see!

Depeche Mode announces the cancellation of its scheduled Tel Aviv concert following the latest developments in Israel. The reason for the cancellation is the technical team’s refusal to come to Israel Disappointing news for Depeche Mode fans: despite the band’s willingness to appear in Israel . The stage and props were set up at the beginning of the week, and fans were eagerly awaiting the concert. It was the technical team however that finally forced the decision to cancel the concert on the entire band. The British band apologized to fans and asked for their understanding. Organizers said that unfortunately, at present there is no way to reschedule the concert, as this is the end of the Depeche Mode world tour. More than 40,000 ticket holders will get their money back. "I am full of regret", the concert’s producer Shuki Weiss told Ynet, "we made great efforts, but as of yesterday a problem came up with the technical team which developed into the refusal of the entire team to get on a plane and come to Israel", he said. Weiss added that great efforts to change the band’s mind were exerted until the last minute. "Our image in the world hasn’t contributed much to the situation. We can’t hold the concert without the technical team; there are several key people without whom we cannot put on the concert. It’s difficult for me to digest what we are going through at the moment, and I can’t predict how this move is going to affect other artists who have planned to appear in , it has announced Monday the cancellation of its Tel Aviv concert scheduled for August 3rd at Hayarkon Park venue. The band’s production team announced that the reason for the cancellation was due to the technical team’s refusal to appear in Israel following the latest developments in Israel , but it obviously won’t do much good."

British rocker BILLY IDOL has taken to shaving his testicles – to stave off grey hairs.The 49-year-old REBEL YELL hitmaker, who has enjoyed bleaching the hair on his head for decades, was none too thrilled when he noticed that the ageing process had taken a grip on his genitals.He tells MAXIM magazine, "I shaved my balls – they were going grey, I so I shaved them. It’s like steel wool down there!"

Rocker MIKE PETERS is celebrating winning a battle with leukaemia with the news he’s to be a father again. THE ALARM star, 46, was diagnosed with the disease last December (05) and underwent a gruelling series of treatments before he was given the all-clear by doctors. And now his wife JULES has revealed she is expecting their second baby – a sibling for two-year-old DYLAN. Peters says, "I couldn’t possibly have dreamed up a happier ending. "My haematologist told me I had the worst blood diagnosis he had ever seen. Now he says I have the best blood result ever achieved in a cancer patient. "We will live life to the full."

Music lovers may remember the first video ever to be played on the first music television network, MTV, but do they remember the video that followed? VH1 Classic is giving viewers a second chance to relive the first moments that music videos came alive on TV by traveling back in time for a 24-hour event that showcases the first videos ever to be played on MTV. VH1 Classic is paying tribute to the historic impact MTV has had on music and pop culture over the last 25 years by airing the first 24 hours of programming from MTV’s August 1, 1981, network debut. The day of celebration will begin on Monday, July 31, at 12:00 midnight with the first video that started a music revolution, The Buggles’ "Video Killed The Radio Star." The 24-hour historic marathon will run through Tuesday, August 1.
