DC released the first trailer for Superman today, and I am not completely sold. But I am also not the target audience because I am not into superhero movies.
However, if they included more of the dog Krypto in it, I probably would go to see it on 7/11 because I am sucker for movies with animals.
While I will be spending the day downing free Slurpees at 7-Elevens, it looks like fans of the DC Universe will be just as happy watching the James Gunn relaunch of the Man of Steel in movie theaters.
Two years ago, McDonald’s made children happy by including Squishmallows in their Happy Meals. And now, they are back!
This go-around, there are 12 pocket-sized cuties, including the never-before-seen Intergalactic Axolotl named Halley, included in the kids’ meal. Each Squishmallows comes with a character hang tag, telling you the name and a little about each Squish, plus a code to scan and immerse yourself in an interactive game.
Since my niece is addicted to them, I am going to be eating a lot of Happy Meals in the near future while supplies last. Thankfully, I can get a Big Mac for $1 more. That and I am allowing trades in my Buy Nothing group, so I don’t have to worry about doubles!
In 2020, Warner Bros. launched HBO Max, and then in 2022, they shortened the streaming service’s name to just Max. Today, they announced they are going back to HBO Max.
Casey Bloys, Chairman and CEO of HBO and Max Content, said, “With the course we are on and strong momentum we are enjoying, we believe HBO Max far better represents our current consumer proposition. And it clearly states our implicit promise to deliver content that is recognized as unique and, to steal a line we always said at HBO, worth paying for.”
And when will David Zaslav start paying for all of the stupid mistakes he makes?
And when is Freeform going back to ABC Family and Syfy to Sci-Fi? What I am trying to change is that rebranding never works. We are too lazy to learn anything new.
