If you ask a fan of CBS’s Ghosts what their favorite episode is, then they will tell you all ten of the ones that have aired so far. However, CBS wants us to limit that number down to five. So they are asking us to tell them on their Twitter page, which ones you want to see on December 23rd for the Ghostmas mini-marathon by the 15th. The winners will be announced on the 18th.
I say we should pick the best five, so we can get more people to watch the most enjoyable new sitcom in a really long time. Long enough for the last one to be a ghost. See what I did there?
Anyways, it is not about me? It is about Ghosts! Today, I spoke to the cast, Rose McIver, Utkarsh Ambudkar, Brandon Scott Jones, Richie Moriarty, Asher Grodman, Rebecca Wisocky, Sheila Carrasco, Danielle Pinnock, Roman Zaragoza, and Devan Chandler Long, along with EPs Joe Port and Joe Wiseman, at the CBS TCA Winter Press Day, and they told me their favorite episodes. I will tell you what they said on the day of the marathon. But I will give you a little preview, and that is that McIver said it is the season 2 premiere because that means they got picked up for another one. I kind of agree with her, but I would have preferred she said season 10. Something I am sure pantless Grodman might disagree with after season three.
.But that’s a long ways away. Let’s focus on the upcoming episodes after the marathon. Soon we will not be playing, guess which ghost will not be appearing on that episode. That is because they will all be in it for the second half of the season. We are going to find out how and why Trevor died with no pants on. And the best part is we will meet Sasapiss’ (Roman Zaragoza) dad, and he will be played by Roman’s real dad Gregory Zaragoza. How cool is that?>
There is so much to look forward to, and we can only do that if we get more people to watch. So, let’s pick our favorite episodes and tell everyone we know to watch on the 23rd! What else are we going to do as we prepare for Christmas over the next two days? Let’s do something we like before we go into family hell.
Some shows have such a crappy ending that the network eventually orders a revival to make up for it, like Dexter. Then there are shows like Six Feer Under that have such a beautiful finale that the network should leave it alone. At least, they should have done that.
Variety is reporting that HBO and Alan Ball are in the very early talks of bringing back the series in some form of the way. It is in such early development; they don’t know if it will be a reboot or sequel.
To me, they need to leave well enough alone because they will never recreate that magic again. They can try, but how many times have you said a revival or a sequel is better than the original. Not that often, so why do it?
Back in 1991, Camryn Manheim made her television acting debut as a guest star on a show called Law & Order.
Now 30 years later, she is back on the series as a star. Therefore, I think, she can retire if and when it gets canceled. I mean, how many actors can say they get to star on the show that launched their careers on decades later. I can’t think of any, can you?
When it comes to her character, Deadline says she’s playing Lt. Kate Dixon who is the successor to Lt. Anita Van Buren. Buren was played by S. Epatha Merkerson, who is now on Dick Wolf’s other show Chicago Med.
Michael Nesmith “passed away this morning in his home, surrounded by family, peacefully and of natural causes,” his family told Rolling Stone in a statement. He died just 20 days before his 79th birthday.
In 1963, the guitarist and singer began his recording career. However, three years later, he earned his greatest success with the made for TV band The Monkees that actually became a real one. One that continued touring on and off again up until last month. He and the now last surviving member Micky Dolenz played their planned final show in LA.
Nesmith led The Monkees to fight the producers so that they could create their own music and be considered a real band and not a fake one. It worked, but it was also the downfall for the show that had turned them into International stars overnight. They became almost as popular as another band at the time called The Beatles. The latter band were fans of the group’s music.
After the band parted ways in 1970, he went on to create his own music. He also dabbled as a film and TV producer with hits like Repo Man and PpoClips. The latter earned him a Grammy.
Today, let’s remember him by singing our favorite Monkees song. We all have one.
Nick Carter has three kids, so he has learned some things about being a parent. One of those things is how to get your demon spawn to eat things they don’t want to eat. What is this witchery? Tell them not to eat it. It is so simple, and it works.
Look how Odin, 5, and daughter Saoirse, 2, are eating and enjoying everything in front of them. Carter and James Van Der Beek need to host a show and share parenting tips since they are so good at it.
