ABC still hasn’t announced the future of some of the scripted shows, like The Goldbergs and Rookie. However, they revealed the fate for five of their unscripted ones. Celebrity Wheel of Fortune, Supermarket Sweep, Shark Tank, American Idol, and America’s Funniest Home Videos will all be back.
I can’t believe American Idol is still on the air, I mean, coming back. Who is still watching that crap? That is what it has been since the original judges left the show.

Even though USA Network cancelled Psych, the series lives on in movies on Peacock. That is because the show is giving birth to its third telemovie this year.
The press release says, “In preparation for a shotgun wedding before the birth of Baby Guster, Shawn (James Roday Rodriguez) and Groomzilla Gus (Dulé Hill) go rogue in an attempt to track down Selene’s (Jazmyn Simon) estranged husband, as Lassiter (Timothy Omundson) grapples with the future of his career.”
Fun fact, Hill and Simon are married in real life, so it will be nice to see them do it again on the small screen. That is if their characters can make it down the aisle. I can’t wait to see what a nightmare it will be for the Guster to finally share his life with someone other than Shawn.

For almost a year and a half we have been hearing about the f*cking Friends reunion, and today we found out when it is finally going to start streaming. When? When? When? You asked. It will debut on May 27th. So that is two weeks or 14 days from today.
The press release also revealed one more detail about the unscripted reunion. They revealed who the guest stars are going to be. They are David Beckham, Justin Bieber, BTS, James Corden, Cindy Crawford, Cara Delevingne, Lady Gaga, Elliott Gould, Kit Harington, Larry Hankin, Mindy Kaling, Thomas Lennon, Christina Pickles, Tom Selleck, James Michael Tyler, Maggie Wheeler, Reese Witherspoon and Malala Yousafzai.
I like the idea of bringing back the actors who guest-starred on the show, like Tom Selleck and Elliot Gould. However, I don’t like the celebrities who are fans. That is just wasted air time that could have been spent on Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry, and David Schwimmer instead.
Although, I like that BTS is part of it because the K-Pop band learned to speak English for the show.
