Yesterday, for some reason, Tim Allen was trending on Twitter. That normally means he is dead. However, he is still alive. Therefore, we still don’t know why he was trending. Thus, the actor made his guess about what happened. He posted the above photo, and wrote, “Ok, I figured it out. Some nosey neighbor saw what I was having for lunch and ‘figured’ I was going to die.”
There you have it. The Last Man Standing is still standing. Although, after eating those hot dogs he might be sitting on the porcelain throne.
BTW If he is trying to prove to us that he is still alive, shouldn’t he post a photo holding with today’s newspaper showing us his face. You know, like that kidnapped people do in movies and on television shows?
Bryan Cranston revealed today that he had coronavirus early on. Luckily, for him, it was not that bad. He says that he had a headache, tightness in his chest, and he lost his sense of taste and smell for a while.
Why did he come out today? He wants people who had COVID-19 to be convalescent plasma donors like him and Tom Hanks. Their plasma can help save someone’s life who has the virus.
I am a platelet donor and give every two weeks. Every time I have gone in, someone else has donated convalescent plasma. It takes more time than giving blood, but less time than giving platelets. An hour a month gives someone decades of life. Please, consider doing it if you have had it.
If you have not had it, please give blood, platelets, and plasma. The Red Cross always needs it. You will feel good after you do it.
Drew Barrymore has a talk show coming out on September 14th, and she is already practicing how to interview her guests. It is much different being an interviewer as compared to an interviewee.
However, for Drew, I think it will be the same. Here she is interviewing her 7-year-old self when she was on The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson back in 1982. Even though it has been 38 years since she talked about starring in ET: The Extra-Terrestrial, she is still just as cute.
Last year, Tyler Perry opened up his studios at an old army barracks in Atlanta, and he never knew how helpful that was going to be a few months later.
When the coronavirus pandemic happened, production shut down all over the world. Everyone was trying to figure out how to get back to work, including Perry. Then he realized, he has all of these empty barracks on his lot that he can use to house the cast and crew for two weeks while they shot a season worth of episodes. Therefore, he opened his doors, and let them in.
The Hollywood mogul via Atlanta described the last two weeks as, “We did it! We just wrapped season 2 of Sistas in our quarantine bubble at the studio. We called it Camp Q. 360 people all living on the lot for two weeks. We tested for COVID every 4 days, and thank God we were able to all remain COVID free as the bubble held up. Now onto The Oval. Thanks for the prayers!! We can feel them. @tylerperrystudios #SistasOnBET #TheOvalOnBET”
I am beyond impressed with what he did. How can you not be?
It will be interesting to see if the other studios here in actual Hollywood will follow suit. I mean, Warner Bros could turn the Ranch into a Tyler Perry Studios. All I know is I want my TV shows back. At least I will have Perry’s to watch because he is getting it down.
Yesterday at 10:30p, a three-car crash sent an Aston Martin Vantage GT crashing through the front of the Hustler store on Hollywood Blvd. According to KABC, no one was severely injured in the crash. Their cars, yes. Them, no.
If I were Larry Flynt, then I would move all of the blowup dolls to the front of the store, so it is extra protection in case this happens again. Could you imagine if he did and all of these deflated plastic women were lying on the sidewalk? It would be the saddest sight.
Seriously, I hope all of the sex toys are OK. They are something the world needs now.
