What is Alex Trebek is ‘near remission’? |

Back in March, Alex Trebek revealed that not only was he hosting Jeopardy, but that his life is also in jeopardy. The beloved talk show host told his fans that he is battling fourth stage pancreaatic cancer which has less that a 10% chance of survival.
Today, the 78-year-old told People magazine that his doctors say he is “near remission.” He says that the chemotherapy is working so well, that “The doctors said they hadn’t seen this kind of positive result in their memory…some of the tumors have already shrunk by more than 50 percent.”
Even though he is “near remission,” he is not in remission. He still has several more treatments to go through before he can say that. Until then, he will continue to fight.
However, he needs something for all of us. The love and support has been getting him through this, so keep on sending him those vibes. Then when it is time for him to begin taping the new season of his show, he can tell us all that he is cancer-free.
Alex, I will take miracles for $1,000!

For almost 2 decades, we have heard Simon Cowell harshly critique singers all over the world, but can the King of Mean sing himself? Something, we surprisingly did not know until now.
Thanks to Joan Collins inviting him to her 86th birthday party, we now know the answer. Let’s just say there is a reason he produces singers and is not one himself. I mean, if you can’t sing the most recognized English song in the world, then you just can’t sing. Dawg! He makes William Hung sound like Ricky Martin.
Now, let’s focus on Joan. Is she really 86 because she looks just like she did on Dynasty?

There was a time that Demi Moore was as known for her body as much as her acting. That was then, now she does not feel the need to be as physically fit. That was until she looked at herself in the mirror and said, “Mirror, mirror, on the wall, can make working out a ball?”
And poof, she got a mirror that makes working out a ball because it is your exercise instructor. At first, she just watched it. Then she tried it out. For someone who claims that she has not worked out in four years, she did pretty well. I feel like I worked out with her just watching her do aerobics.
When it comes to the mirror, it is a real thing. It will just cost you more than a gym membership. However, the plus side is you do not have to go there to listen to some skinny bitch tell you what to do. You can have that in the comfort of your own home.
