Pickler and Ben was not picked up for a third season
April 6th, 2019 under Kellie Pickler. [ Comments: none ]

Kellie Pickler and Ben Aaron announced yesterday that their talk show Pickler and Ben was not picked up for a third season. I think this news is very sad because they did stuff that none of the other talk shows were doing. It was not all about celebrity guests and the same old cooking segments.

It was about trying out new things and sharing it with their audience. They were also willing to be as goofy as they needed to be which made them so likable. They did not take themselves too seriously and that is what we need.

Hopefully, one of the cable stations will give them home because I am going to miss them.

Even though they will be back next year, they will be taping new episodes next month and will be airing repeats until September.

Crazy Ex Girlfriend says goodbye tonight
April 5th, 2019 under Crazy Ex-Girlfriend. [ Comments: none ]

Today is a sad day for musical television, and TV in general, because Crazy Ex Girlfriend is ending its run on The CW at 8p.

Last week, Rebecca (Rachel Bloom) went on three dates to decide which man she would spend the rest of her life with. Her first date was with Josh Chan (Vincent Rodriguez III), the man she moved to West Covina for and almost married. The next one was with her former boss, the very wealthy Nathaniel (Scott Michael Foster). Finally, she went out with Greg (Skylar Astin), the man who she seems meant to be with. All three dates were perfect in their own special way, making her decision even more impossible.

Tonight, she is ready to reveal who won her heart on Valentine’s Day. Which one will it be? I am rooting for Nathaniel, but the other two also have a good shot. Thankfully, I am not the one who has to decide. Rebecca does and she picks…

After she makes her pick, the show flashes forward a year and we get to see what will happen to favorite singing cast. Who will get their happy endings?

I am getting a sad one because I am going to miss a show that gave songs like Heavy Boobs and I Gave You a UTI. There is nothing else like it and I doubt there ever will be again.

Therefore, I am hitting one last high note for them.

We will be seeing more of Tom Ellis on Netflix’s Lucifer
April 5th, 2019 under Lucifer. [ Comments: none ]

Evil Fox cancelled Lucifer, but heavenly Netflix saved it. While that is enough to get us fans all excited, today they gave us even more of a reason to be happy that it switched homes.

We will be seeing the Devil’s tail. Just not the one on the back of his body. If you get what I mean. You don’t? Then watch the above promo for it to be spelled out for you.

The only thing that was missing from this promo, besides Tom Ellis’ clothes, is when season 4 will debut. I don’t know about you, but when it does, I will be binging this devilishly good show, hard. I will be Netflix and chilling all by myself. Not by choice, but that is a whole other story.

If you have not seen all of Lucifer, not that type of all of Lucifer, but as in the PG13 version of the show, then you can watch the first three seasons on Netflix now.

‘Mick Jagger has successfully undergone treatment’
April 5th, 2019 under Rolling Stones. [ Comments: none ]

Over the weekend, Mick Jagger announced that The Rolling Stones were postponing their upcoming dates because of a mystertious health issue. By Monday there were rumors that he was going to have heart surgery to replace a valve, but neither he nor his people confirmed it.

Today, his rep released the following statement, “Mick Jagger has successfully undergone treatment. He is doing very well and is expected to make a full recovery.”

The 75-year-old singer followed it up with, “Thank you everyone for all your messages of support, I’m feeling much better now and on the mend – and also a huge thank you to all the hospital staff for doing a superb job.”

Glad he is on the mend and I am sure will be back on the road before we know it. Nothing can keep them down.

Slot Games To Play
April 5th, 2019 under Uncategorized. [ Comments: none ]

If you are new to the world of online slot games, you are in for a real treat when you realise how many there are out there. Many of which can be found at online slot casinos such as easyslots.com.

Since the casinos successfully moved online to the then slowly emerging market, slot games have gone from strength to strength, adding new features, bonuses and big jackpots that you just will not see down the pub or in the chip shop. With a number of big developers out there like NetEnt Gaming and Bar Crest, the standard is very high for those who want to have a spin on the modern day fruit machine.

If you want to get started on your own slot game adventure, these are a selection of games that we cannot help but recommend.

Rainbow Riches

This is a certified classic slot game and in truth, if we were making a top five, a whole list could be made of games in the iconic series from Bar Crest.

Rainbow Riches uses a humorous Luck o’ the Irish theme, bringing plenty of colour and magic to the reels. With handfuls of sequels to the original format, there is a Rainbow Riches game for

everyone, each having their own bonus features.

Reel Talent

For something that shows how far the humble fruit machine has come, here is a slot game that uses a super original theme.

Again, packing a good sense of humour as many of these games do, Reel Talent has a gameshow theme similar to X Factor, Fame Academy or American Idol. Rather than aspiring pop stars on the stage, though, this ‘Jungle’s Got Talent’ style game has animals on stage, adding to the bizarre fun.

Bonus features respective to these animals creative a good narrative and the graphics really bring all of this weird and wonderful action to life.

Arcade Bomb

For something a little more exciting, Arcade Bomb shows how fast-paced online slots can be.

This is a fast-paced, explosive online video slot game. Featuring 5 reels and 20 pay lines, this is a simple slot but with the added twist of exploding symbols creating bonuses and triggering features different from the main gameplay.

For adding something a little different and a sense of danger even, Arcade Bomb is worthy of your attention.

Hanzo’s Dojo

For an example of the amazing detail that goes into slot games these days, look no further than the developer, Yggdrasil.

Known for their stunning graphics and smooth as you like animation, slots from this esteemed developer tend to have an original theme and a compelling narrative.

Hanzo’s Dojo, set in Japan and obviously so thanks to graphics that never fail to impress, the game begins with an almost cinematic opening sequence and does not look back from there. Some fine bonus features mix with the perfect graphics to showcase how slot games really have come a long, long way from your local pub.
