James Van Der Beek and Claire Danes are known for being ugly criers and Carrie Underwood reminded us that we all look that way when we cry, with the first song of off her upcoming album.
Ahead of her first appearance, since her accident, this Sunday at the ACMs, she released her new single Cry Pretty. She might not be able to cry pretty, but she as heck can sing that way! It is the type of tune that when you are feeling really down, you will be belting out on repeat and wishing you could cry pretty.
Back in 2001, Mariah Carey had a mental breakdown and she has not talked about until now. Today, the singer told People that when she was hospitalized back then, she was diagnosed as Bipolar.
Why is she coming forward now? She says, “Until recently I lived in denial and isolation and in constant fear someone would expose me.” Then she added, “It was too heavy a burden to carry and I simply couldn’t do that anymore. I sought and received treatment, I put positive people around me and I got back to doing what I love — writing songs and making music.”
She also told the magazine after a bad few years of breakups, some bad choices and some unsuccessful music endeavors and reality shows that she is in a good place now. Not only that she is on the right meds now and that is helping everything.
She is going to change the perception of the disorder the same way Patty Duke did in the ’80s.

Only thing is, she did not keep her towel on. Seems her underwear also had some issues too, if you know what I mean? Who knew you could wear fewer clothes before the sun goes down on TV than after the sun sets?
I guess you can say Fischer is willing to do anything for her boss Ellen. DeGeneres produces Splitting Up Together that airs Tuesdays on ABC at 9:30p.
