We know there are a lot of things that Anthony Anderson can do, and now we learned there is another thing to add to that long list. The star of Black-ish told Larry King that he can sing Opera. Then the Ora-TV host asked him to do it, and the actor blew us away with his Operatic voice. Who knew? I certainly never imagined as any form of a singer.
Why didn’t he do it professionally? He said, “I am tone deaf…I can only sing in unison, I can’t sing in harmony.” Therefore, if anyone wants him to do a one-man Opera, he’s your man. You want him to sing with someone else, look for someone else.
Someone over at W Magazine wanted to see Jake Gyllenhaal play with some bubble wrap, so he did. Which means we get to watch him doing it during their autonomous sensory meridian response interview.
Since it is slow day, I thought you would enjoy watching the Boy in the Plastic Bubble pop some plastic bubbles. And I know you are loving almost as much as when you are the one crushing the real ones. Isn’t that the best thing to do whenever you get a box full of them?
I do not know about you loving implosions. There is nothing better than hearing that boom, and then watching as the structure collapses in on itself until it is just a cloud of dust. I thought there was nothing better. I was wrong. It is more enjoyable to watch an implosion go wrong.
As was the case yesterday, when they tried to implode Pontiac Silverdome, the former home of the Detroit Lions, and it did not go as planned. In fact, you can say it failed because the stadium was left standing.
What happens next? In the words of Howard Cosell (per The Odd Couple), “If at first you don’t succeed, try, try again.” WDIV says they will try it again at a later date. Will they score a touchdown? We shall see, but I am rooting it fails again because their failure is my new happiness!
Back in 2006, Justin Hartley started playing The Green Arrow on Smallville, and when the show ended in 2011 so did him playing that superhero. A year later, The CW brought Arrow back but with Stephen Amell as the lead.
Ever since fans of both shows wanted to see the two of them of together, and five years later it finally happened. The new Oliver McQueen shared a photo of him with the older one and said, “You guys should see the deleted scene from #CrisisOnEarthX.” If only we got to see the This Is Us star on the 4-part DC Comics crossover, it would have done even better in the ratings and it did pretty super.
So why did they get together for this photo? We don’t know, but do we really care because it is just so awesome to see the two Green Arrows together at last.
Blake Lively has had the same long blonde hair ever since Gossip Girl, but now she was spotted with short black hair. Did she drastically change up her look? Only temporarily with a wig for a movie called The Rhythm Section, but I think she could consider making it permanent. Doesn’t the darker hair color really work on her?
