On Sunday, Baltimore City Contractors were called out for an emergency tear down of a condemned building. They started the job and got half of the structure down without a problem. Then as they started working on the second half, part of it landed on the empty building next door and took it down as well. Which means they wound up knocking down two buildings for the price of one.
According to The Baltimore Sun, the second building was just bought for $160,000 and was being remolded from a former pet store into a 3 story home. Is that owner mad? He says he plans to rebuild. I am sure the extra money from the city will help him make an even better home.
Who knows, if he works out a deal with the guy whose building was condemned, maybe they can build a nice set of apartments instead of two townhomes?
BTW could you imagine being those crew members who had to call their boss and tell him what happened? So you know how you how you asked us to take down 212 E Fort? Well, we also took down 214 E Fort too…

Tom Cruise was being interviewed in Australia by Sunrise’s Samantha Armytage and she wanted to know if it’s true that Top Gun 2 is really happening. He told her, “It’s true…I am going to start filming it probably in the next year.” Then he added, “It is definitely happening.”
Those are all the details he gave her, so we don’t who or if anyone from the 1986 will still have the need to speed with him. Well, I guess we do know that Anthony Edwards won’t be back because Goose is dead.
