Leonard Nimoy passed away today at the age of 83 from end-stage chronic obstructive pulmonary disease according to The NY Times. The legendary actor is best known for playing Spock on Star Trek. A role that was only legendary because of the way he played it.
He had several other TV roles throughout his career, including guest starring on Fringe that introduced him to a new generation of SciFi fans. Besides doing television and movies, he was singer and appeared in a few music videos.
So today, let’s honor the man that touched all of our lives and tell everyone to live long and prosper just like he did.
As someone who lives in LA and has friends with babies that are too young to get some of their vaccinations, I am sick of these parents who don’t vaccinate their kids. Jimmy Kimmel is one of those parents whose daughter is too young to get the Measles vaccine, a virus that is currently spreading through LA and the country, and he made his voice heard to those people who are putting his baby at risk. Listen to what he has to say to those people who would rather listen to a Playboy model than a doctor and tell me whose side you are on.
As someone who never had the chickenpox, I am glad that there is a vaccine I can take so I don’t get it. I am protecting myself and other people, why can’t these parents do the same?

If you’ve ever “read” Madonna’s book Sex, then you know can pretty much assume she likes whiplash. Unfortunately for her that is not the type of whiplash she suffered on Wednesday when she was accidentally pulled off the stage during a performance at The Brits.
The injured singer told The Jonathan Ross Show, “I had a little bit of whiplash, I smacked the back of my head. And I had a man standing over me with a flashlight until about 3am to make sure I was compos mentis.” She then went on to explain that she was supposed to be able to untie the cape before the incident, but it was tied too tightly. She added, “I had two choices: I could either be strangled or fall, and I chose to fall.”
After the incident, she made another decision, “No more capes. Cape fear is over.” I guess she will leave flying to R Kelly from now on.
Kim Kardashian just reached 27 million followers on Instagram, so she celebrated it by posting a photo of herself in a revealing bathing suit. I haven’t been sick of looking at a woman’s body since seeing Elizabeth Berkley’s body in Showgirls. She is a mom, and it would be nice if she started dressing like one.
