Miley Cyrus will show you anything |

While most female celebrities would rather be photographed with an upskirt not wearing any underwear than wearing zit cream, Miley Cyrus is not like most female celebrities. The actress/singer turned arts and craft addict Instagrammed a photo of herself with some white dots on her face and she proved she’s just like us. She gets pimples too.

Kim Kardashian working on her talent! |

Barbara Walters once told Kim Kardashian that she doesn’t have any talent, and I don’t think that is true. She is very good at tanning, and that is her talent. Also I think her other talents are making a sex tape and getting married. What else would you say is her talent?

46% of the people polled never saw any of Emmy’s Best Drama noms! |
July 23rd, 2014 under Emmys. [ Comments: none ]

If you are like me, then you hate the Emmy nominations because you don’t watch any of the shows. Well according to a survey done by YouGov, we are not alone. When asked which of the Emmy nominated dramas the surveyed watched, 46% said none of the above. So what did the other 54% say? 28% said they got a high from Breaking Bad, 24% went to a red wedding with Game of Thrones, 18% traveled to Downton Abbey, 13% smoked with Mad Men, 13% played with House of Cards and 11% spotted True Detective. Now even though 46% said they’ve never seen any of those dramas, 48% said that none of them deserved it. Since I am one of the 46%, I have to say I agree with the 48%.
Now when it comes to the comedies that is a little bit of a different story. Only 30% admitted to never watching any of the nominated sitcoms. When it comes to the other 44%, 52% geeked out over The Big Bang Theory, 34% saw Sofia Vergara’s curves on Modern Family, 17% found Orange is the New Black arresting, 8% laughed with Louie, 7% voted for Veep and just 6% computed with Silicon Valley. Now even though more people watched the comedies, just over a third (34%) of them didn’t think any of them deserved to win. I have seen the top 3, and I have to say I agree. I liked Orange, but it is not a comedy to me. But then again I think that The Goldbergs should bring home the gold statuette.
So now that you know that almost half of the US population hasn’t watched the drama noms and a third haven’t laughed with the comedies, do you think the Emmys need to be changing things up. I say hell to the yes! I get that the Emmys are not a popularity contest, but they are also not an unpopularity contest. There needs to be a happy medium because after all TV is supposed to be a happy medium.

Die Gary Oldman, die! |

Gary Oldman is near the top of the list of actors who have died the most in movies, so to honor that Conan O’Brien aired a supercut of his many death scenes on TBS show yesterday. So watch the Oscar winner die, die and die again. Each death is better than the one before.
BTW here is a longer version of his death scenes created by Rémi Enigma.
