Very emotional shows for Rizzoli & Isles, Chasing Life and The Night Shift tonight |
June 24th, 2014 under Italia Ricci and Robbie Amell, NBC, TNT/TBS/TCM. [ Comments: none ]

Tonight at 9p on TNT, Rizzoli and Isles say goodbye to one of their own. On August 19, 2013, we were all shocked when news came out that Lee Thompson Young had passed away and tonight the show he was starring in at the time says goodbye to him and his character, Barry Frost. The show does a beautiful tribute to him as they remember him throughout the episode and at his character’s funeral.
Anyone who is and has been a fan of this of police drama will want to tune in because it is a must not miss episode for us.
Also at 9p, but on ABC Family is Chasing Life. April Carver (Italia Ricci) is assigned a story that will change her life. A man claims that his carrot juice is helping people with cancer, so she talks to him about and tries a sample. When she comes back to see him, he realizes that she has cancer like him and she finally has someone to talk about her leukemia. So now she has someone can relate to, but something happens that changes everything and her perspective about it all. How will it change her, we will just have to tune in next week to find out.
Tonight’s episode is the first one that really deals with the emotions that come to a cancer patient after their diagnosis and because of that is a very powerful one.
Finally at 10p a storm is coming to NBC’s The Night Shift and our doctors will be caught up in it. There is a dangerous storm on the outside and that one isn’t even as bad as the one that is happening in the hospital. Scott Wolf joins the team tonight as the lead trauma surgeon. Scott Collins (Wolf) is dating Jordan (Jill Flint) and he is going to cause problems for her ex, TJ (Eoin Macken). Those two don’t see eye to eye and their conflict is going to get a whole lot worse before the ground is even dry again.
Meanwhile Topher (Ken Leung) gets a call from his wife that she is labor. But it gets worse because she was in a car accident and trapped in the storm. And gets even worse because she doesn’t know where she is. Will he find her before it is too late? You will just have to watch this emotional episode to find out.

Mrs Garrett and Blair Warner together again! |
June 24th, 2014 under Reunions, The Facts of Life. [ Comments: none ]
|
Lisa Whelchel shared this picture of Charlotte Rae and her having lunch today, and they look just as close and as happy as they did when they worked on The Facts of Life together 3 decades ago. Can you believe that classic sitcom debuted almost 35, yes 35, years ago? Because they look like they haven’t aged day since they started working at Edna’s Edibles in season 5. Seriously, can you believe that Rae is 88 years young and the Survivor is 51. All I see are the two actresses I grew up idolizing looking just like I remember them. Simply beautiful!
You know since NBC is doing so many remakes, maybe they should consider doing reunion shows too. I’d like to see the Eastland girls, George Clooney, Mackenzie Astin and Cloris Leachman together again. Who’s with me?

Botched is a beautiful show about correcting plastic surgery that went wrong! |
June 24th, 2014 under E!. [ Comments: none ]

Botched debuts on E! tonight at 9p and you don’t want to miss this show that will change your perspective on plastic surgery.
Plastic surgery is more and more common these days, and we always seem to focus on the ones that have worked out. Well not all of them do, and Dr. Terry Dubrow and Dr. Paul Nassif are here to fix other people’s mistakes. On tonight’s season premiere, they help two women who desperately need them. One woman had such a bad boob job that her breasts are actually touching. It isn’t only that she has a uniboob, but they are causing her so much pain that she can’t even pick up her own child. So the doctors take a look at their options and tell her that she needs to go smaller than what she currently is and she is not OK with that. Will they be able to convince her to get the right size implants? And how will she look after they are done?
Then there is another woman, who was in a bad a car accident when she was younger and her nose was badly damaged in it. As bad as the initial accident was to it, it is not as awful what the previous plastic surgeons have done to her nose. Now the doctors have to fix it, but there is a chance the surgery will not work. Will they be able to give her a nose like you and me or we will she be stuck with the nose she has.
Then next week, they work on Janice Dickinson’s boobs and she drives them crazy. You just have to see what she puts them through. Let’s just say she does something that no other patient has ever done before her and hopefully none will do after her.
What makes Botched so interesting is you get too see them change people’s lives. You see them make something that was meant to be beautiful, but turned out ugly; finally become the beautiful thing that it was meant to be. It isn’t only what we get to see on the outside that effects these patients, but it is also how it effects them on the inside. Several of these patients suffer pain and/or breathing issues from their botched jobs and the doctors help them alleviate that and get them back to being normal again. It is for those reasons that this show is so touching and emotional, and a must watch.

Tonight’s Sullivan & Son is orgasmic! |
June 24th, 2014 under TNT/TBS/TCM. [ Comments: none ]
|
Oh yes, yes, yes, Sullivan & Son is back on TBS tonight at 10p and I am so excited about it. Could be because the third season premiere is all about orgasms!
Tonight is Susan (Vivian Bang) and Jason’s (guest star Ken Jeong) 10th anniversary and he wants to give her something he has never given her. So he asks her what that might be and she admits to him that he has never given her an orgasm. Well now he is so determined to give her one, that he asks the guys (Steve Byrne, Owen Benjamin, Brian Doyle-Murray, Christine Ebersole, Roy Wood, Jr and Ahmed Ahmed) at the bar for tips. Then they all find out that one of the gang slept with Susan when she was a teen and he gave her an orgasm. So now Jason is more depressed. Will he ever give his wife The Big O? You just have to tune in to see what finally does it for her.
Well that and to watch a very very very funny show. And to see and hear the best fake orgasm since When Harry Met Sally. Seriously, Sullivan & Son gets better and better with each season and I can’t wait to see what else happens this season.
BTW if for some strange reason the season premiere doesn’t leave you satisfied, there is another episode of the sitcom at 10:30p.

See the man who got trapped in a vajayjay! |
June 24th, 2014 under Odd. [ Comments: none ]
|
A 20 year old American Exchange student is studying in Germany and he got the lesson of his lifetime. According to NBC News the student’s friends dared him to take a picture of himself inside of the 6′ vajayjay statue (translation, don’t be such a pussy and take a picture in the pussy) outside the microbiology and virology department of the city’s university clinic and he got stuck. So it took 22 rescuers 30 minutes to get him out. And when he was finally free from the oversized female genitalia the kid said, he felt like he was born again. Actually he didn’t, but I am sure he had to feel that way.
BTW it was a natural birth with no forceps needed to pull him out. Just a lot of hands to get yank his body out of the hole.
Finally, I am sure sex will never ever be the same for him. And all of this could’ve been avoided, had he used a condom with some lubricant on it. See boys, those things are needed.
And one last thing, when it was all over someone asked the vajayjay how she felt, she was like I need a cigarette because she hasn’t gotten that much action in a long time!!! No, word he gave her his number or bought her dinner, but he should’ve at least gotten her flowers and candy and diamonds.
